With the increase of rice contiguous planting area and the gradual increase of rice yield,the combine harvester is moving towards large feed,high efficiency and low loss rate.In this paper,the Multi-roller combine harvester was used as the test model to improve the performance of the whole machine.At the same time,the cleaning device was designed with the Multi-roller combined harvester.Combining with the simulation and experiment,To optimize the design.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Multi-roller combine harvester cleaning device design.In this paper,the Multi-roller combined harvester was used as the research object.Through the multi-roller threshing and separation device bench test,the distribution rule of the indoor prolapse mixture was obtained.From the structure of the cleaning device,according to the distribution characteristics of the prolapse mixture,The structure of the cleaning device was determined,include double shaker、tail sieve、front jitter plate、four air duct centrifugal fan、return conveyor.(2)The return conveyor plate uniform device research.First,composition of the effluent mixture was subjected to suspension velocities.Second,according to the multi-roller combine harvester out of the mixture distribution law,Install the cloth on the backplane,using particle discrete element method,analyze the height of the deflector、angle、number,on the axial distribution of the effluent mixture.According to the simulation results,the best program was selected for field experiment,The results showed that after arranging the deflector on the return board,the removal rate was reduced from 1.26% to 0.67%,reduced by 46.8%;The loss rate from 1.11% to 0.52%,reduced by 53.2%.(3)Study on the outlet width of centrifugal fan on double outlet four air duct.Build the fan model with pro-e software,the numerical simulation of centrifugal fan was carried out by Fluent software,the wind speed of the upper outlet was analyzed.By compared the results of the analysis and combined the size of the floating coefficient of the rice out of the mixture,the fan model II can be obtained to accommodate the multi-roller combine harvester cleaning device.And as a basis,measured on the outlet wind speed size,and numerical simulation results were compared.(4)The machine cleaning performance research.The test was divided into single factor and orthogonal test,the effects of fan speed,scale height,deflector inclination and other factors on the cleaning performance were studied.single factor test results show that: with the increase in the speed of the fan,the removal rate gradually increased,and the removal rate was gradually reduced;with the height of the scale of the fish scale,the loss rate of the selection is gradually reduced,and the removal rate is gradually increased;With the increase of the inclination angle of the sub-wind plate I,the removal rate gradually decreases,and the removal rate increases gradually;With the increase of the inclination angle of the sub-wind plateⅡ,the removal rate gradually decreases,and the removal rate increases gradually.Orthogonal test results show that: fan speed of 1100r/min,fish scale screening height of 24 mm,divided by the wind plate angle of 30 °,Ⅰ divided by the wind plate Ⅱangle of 26 °,The removal rate was 0.23% and the heterogeneity was 0.72%. |
