Safflower is one of the main crops in Xinjiang.It has important value in edible,Chinese medicinal herbs and oil dyes.According to statistics,China's safflower planting area has exceeded 53 thousand hectares,the total output of more than 80% of the world.At present,safflower harvesting still relies entirely on manual harvesting.Picking costs are half the cost of the collection,as the cost of picking goes up during the period of gathering flowers.Hand picked filaments when high labor intensity,low efficiency,and the filaments of harvest and safflower harvest season of crops to meet,highlights the shortage of labor,and the overall mechanical safflower harvest level is generally not high,from the mechanized harvesting task in large area there is a big gap.At present,but also the lack of systematic theoretical study on safflower harvest machine key components,so to strengthen the theoretical study of safflower harvest machine,especially the analysis of the key components of the picking device,which has important significance to improve China's large area mechanization level picking flowers.Safflower picking,filament breakage is mainly caused by the loss of the harvest,institutions based on the in-depth analysis of the working principle of the mechanical structure of the roller Picking Based on the research of the main reasons that affect the quality of the harvest,that is,the structure parameters and the rotational speed of the roller,for verification of roller structure parameters on the influence degree of picking quality the study on Design of a roller type safflower picking performance test device and the test device based on a study of the basic material properties of safflower,and through orthogonal test and variance analysis of experimental data,obtained the best combination of parameters influencing factors.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Analysis of the characteristics of safflower materials and analysis of the factors affecting the picking.Safflower plant characteristic parameters were determined by the method of experimental research,including state properties and spatial distribution of fruit fruit ball plant morphology,angle,filament density and moisture content,and mechanical properties,and the effect of picking factors by theoretical analysis to determine the diameter of the roller gap,rollers and roller speed as the main reason affecting the quality of picking.2.the use of Solildworks,AutoCAD and other graphics software design modeling and assembly of test device,and the electric drive,sensor system,rail sliding device,bench stability are analyzed,in order to meet the requirements of the mechanical stability of safflower and picking picking quality.3.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to bench stability finite element analysis is carried out to check,picking device modal and stability analysis,machining and assembly process of the device are analyzed,and make the best assembly process.4.through the test device for the trial of picking test,and the test data using Minitab analysis software analysis of orthogonal experiment,the change trend of comprehensive balance and find out the influence factors,the optimum parametercombination factors which affected the performance of picking.Roller type safflower designed picking test device can simulate safflower harvest machine in the state recovery effect under different working parameters,provides a theoretical basis and experimental data,the foundation for the development of safflower harvesting machine key components,has important significance to improve the theory of safflower harvester.
