China is a big country of fruit production and consumption.In order to manage the orchard efficiently,new orchard planting patterns have been introduced in a lot of places in our country.in the meantime,the introduction and development of orchard management machinery is an essential part.3GP-170 self-propelled orchard operating platform as the auxiliary working vehicle was researched and developed for new orchard management model,which will assist the orchard management in the process of thinning,tree pruning,fruit bagging,fruit picking and transport and other operations.In this paper,according to the performance requirements of self-propelled orchard operation platform,the design of the hydraulic system of the working platform is studied as follows:(1)The key mechanical mechanism of self-propelled orchard operating platform was optimized and analyzed.The mechanical and kinematic mathematical model of the actuator is established,and the mechanical structure and load characteristics are analyzed.Then the principle and function matching of hydraulic system are studied.(2)The hydraulic system of the working platform was designed and analyzed.According to the operation performance of working platform in the new planting pattern and the performance defects of existing operating platform,the design of the hydraulic system,which is combined with the actuator load characteristics,include a single variable pump,priority allocation of steering system,and the rest of actuators was layout follow the load sensing circuit principle in parallel.The control scheme,which is composed of a shunt valve and a throttle valve,can meet the performance requirements of driving synchronization and differential speed.Then the matching optimization is carried out.(3)The key hydraulic system simulation model is established and its performance is analyzed.In this paper,the establishment of mathematical model of walking and turning and cooling system's key components and the build of the AMESim simulation model helped simulating the parallel operation of multi actuator,and the simulation of the differential speed control of the drive system is carried out to verify the feasibility of the designed hydraulic system.(4)The experiments,which was based on the simulation resultswere were taken in the workshop and the new planting pattern of orchard self-propelled orchard operating platform to verify the performance of the operating platform in the actual operating conditions.The experimental results are summarized to confirm the correctness of the theoretical analysis and simulation model,and the experiments are conducted with the help of simulation.
