Processing tomato is the raw material to industrialized production of tomato sauce、preserved tomato、lycopene and other products.Xinjiang is the main processing tomato production base in China,tomato planting area is more than 6 million hm2,accounting for more than 90% of the total output on tomato paste production.In view of the problems such as low yield,poor quality,large waste and short harvest time of disposable harvesting machine and large amount of labor、low working efficiency of the staff artificial batch harvesting,designed a kind of scraping and brushing type processing tomato picking device,which is used to pick the ripe tomato under the condition of not harvesting tomato seedling and the immature tomatoes continue to grow,waiting for the next pick.The device is designed to provide a reference for the development of a new in batches machinery and might provide a theoretical basis for further research of fruit-seedling separation technology of processing tomato.First of all,through field investigation and experimental measurement,the planting patterns of processing tomato were obtained,the distribution characteristics of fruit,and the characteristic parameters of single fruit were analyzed.The focus is on measuring three kinds processing tomato varieties with different maturity periods-fruit separation force,fruit separation torsion and fruit breakage force.The test shows that the mature fruit separation force average value is less than 10 N,ripening stage fruit is less than 14 N,the green mature is less than 18N;the mature fruit separation torsion average is less than 21N·mm,ripening stage fruit is less than 33N·mm,green mature is less than 45N·mm;The maturity fruit breakage force average value is greater than 94 N,ripening stage fruit is greater than 120 N,green fruits is greater than222 N.It is negative correlation between fruit maturity and the size of the three forces,the higher the degree of fruit ripening,fruit separation,fruit separation and fruit breakage smaller torque.Secondly,the structure design and parameter determination of the device were carried out: 1)two picking mechanism and conveying mechanism with left and right are arranged on the device,but they move in opposite directions.2)the effective length of the scraping mechanism B=1000mm,working length of scraping mechanism b=110mm,the length of picking board h=35mm,working width of the unilateral scraping mechanism B1=350mm.3)rotating axle speed n=150r/min,effective length of the conveying auger mechanism L1=1040mm,diameter of spiral blade D=220mm,diameter of rotating axle d=40mm,the shape of the dragon blade is selected as a solid spiral,and the outer layer is provided with a better strength nylon composite flat belt.3)rotary diameter of picking roller d1=60mm,seedling length l=300mm,nylon material.And than,through a single tomato scraping brush picking test,we know the comprehensive analysis of processing tomato easy picking place is A district> B district and when the rotating axle speed is 150r/min the minimum picking rate is 94%,the fruit breakage rate of the maximum value is 4%,the fruit seedling rate is less than 3%.To sum up,rotating axle speed n=150r/min can meet the requirements of the wiper picking picking device.Finally,optimizing the best combination parameters of picking device,and the optimal parameters arerotating axle speed is 140.77 r/min,picking board distance is 112.87 mm and feeding speed is 0.59m/s and the rates of tomato separation,damage rate and mature fruit rate were 95.88%,2.86% and 96.32%,the results meeting the operational requirements.The verification experiment further proves that the picking performance of the improved and optimized processing tomato scraping brush picking device was improved,and the rationality of the experimental design and analysis was verified.The research results are helpful to develop a new batch tomato harvesting machine,which is of great significance to improve the tomato planting benefit and the market competitiveness of tomato products,which is significant to improve the benefit of processing tomato and the market competitiveness of tomato products.
