At present,most corn harvesters in China have various problems.At present,most corn harvesters in the market are purely mechanical transmission,and there are few real-time detection and feedback control of various working parameters during harvesting operations.The function and intelligence level is low,so when the harvester fails,the problem cannot be found in time and the repair is difficult,which affects the harvesting efficiency of the harvester.Based on the structure of the traditional corn harvester,this paper analyzes the structure and transmission mode of each system of the corn harvester,improves and optimizes the walking system,harvesting system,and threshing cleaning system of the harvester,and selects the appropriate controller to control the control components of the whole vehicle.The working parts of the corn harvester can be automated,which improves the intelligence level of the corn harvester.The main researches are as follows:(1)Analyze the transmission structure and working principle of the walking system of the traditional corn harvester,use the hydraulic system to replace the traditional mechanical walking system,carry out the research on the hydraulic walking system of the corn harvester,and design the stepless variable speed drive system of the walking hydraulic machinery that meets the walking conditions of the harvester.Establish a hydraulic system simulation model,perform simulation analysis in AMESim,analyze the changing laws of the hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor of the harvester under different loads,verify the authenticity and reliability of the designed hydraulic system according to the simulation results,and compare the components in the hydraulic system Carry out calculation selection.(2)Analyze the mechanical structure and transmission mode of the corn harvester header system,use electronic technology to replace the manual operation of the transmission,control the transmission of the header and adjust the running speed of the header,and analyze the corn plant entering the conveying bridge process when the corn harvester is harvesting,Choose a suitable corn harvester feed rate detection method,install sensors to detect the corn harvester feed rate in real time,and provide a data basis for the next step of the corn harvester intelligent control system.(3)Analyze the structural characteristics and working process of the corn harvester threshing and cleaning system,and find out the factors that affect the efficiency of the corn harvester threshing and cleaning system.Through the analysis of various factors,real-time detection of the corn kernel moisture content,according to the moisture content The size is processed by the controller to automatically adjust the concave screen gap,the speed of the cleaning fan and the speed of the threshing drum.(4)Choose a suitable controller to collect the data from each sensor,and control the electronic components through the processing of the data to realize the intelligent control of the whole machine.Using the communication protocol between the controller and FBOX,the detection data can be automatically uploaded to the cloud,and the collected data can be uploaded to the cloud to realize the remote monitoring system of the corn harvester.(5)Select and install the designed components,manufacture prototypes for test verification,and confirm through the test results that the designed systems can work normally and meet the corn harvesting operation.
