With the continuous advance of China's agricultural mechanization of production processes and "low carbon","environmental protection","efficient" concept sinking in,efficient combine harvesters will inevitably have a huge market and wide prospects.At present,mechanical transmission has been diffusely utilized in harvesters' driving system internally.And the combine harvesters with this kind of transmission have low productivity and heavy operation intensity big.The low degree of "Automation" and "informative" are the most serious disadvantage,which restricts the development of internal harvesters.To solve this problem and improve combines' performance at "Automation" and "informative",this paper design a set of hydraulic driving system which is available to 4YZ-4 type corn harvester via the analysis of the working environment and select the hydraulic components for the driving system.Meanwhile,the control system and strategy which is suitable for 4YZ-4 type corn combine harvester has been devised.Relying on AMESim simulation software,the hydraulic driving system of 4YZ-4 corn combine harvester was built for simulation to validate the rationality of calculation and control system.Combining theoretical analysis of the hydraulic transmission system,it was revealed that the transmission system designed by this paper meets the need of 4YZ-4 corn combine harvester and the control system with NFPE has enough capacity to cope with abrupt load. |
