Auricularia corneaEhrenbisa gelatinous basidomycetes with higher edible and medicinal value and one of china's traditional export commodities.At present strain of Auricularia corneaEhrenb degradate seriously and the yield and quality decreased slightly,but selecting excellent Auricularia corneaEhrenb strain was seldomly researched and reported.This experiment adopt the method of multi spore hybridization,take bronzing strain MZP01 and white strain MZP3 which are not closely related and complementary agronomic traits as parent strain to catty out the Multi spore hybridization,besides breeding for new varieties.The main contents are as following:mushroom cultivation 28 strains of Auricularia corneaEhrenb were collected.By observation of Agronomic characters and carry on the Antagonistic experiments to them.To carry on the ITF sequence of 12 strains were screened,then set up the phylogenetic tree.the last,screening two Auricularia corneaEhrenb parent strains which are not closely and complemetary agronomic traits.Exactly,these are MZP01 and MZP03.First,make a research into the parent spore collection and conservation.Explore the time of the germination of parent spores,determine the specific time of two parental strains of spore germination,make the spores germinate together and at the same time,in crease the probability of spore pairing.Besides,make comparisons about two kinds of the method for multi spore hybridization(Liquid multi spore hybridization,Solid multi spore hybridization).The liquid multi spore hybridization has randomness.In this experiment,from the method of liquid multi spore hybridization acquire F1 generation hybrids,appear the different hybrids from F1 generation hybrids of the Solid multi spore hybridization,point at these special strains as research materials for further analysis.The F1 hybrids were identified as MZP01 and MZP03,which were obtained from the F1 generation MZF02 strain.The F2 hybrids were obtained from the F2 hybrids,the white strains and the reddish-brown strains.Of the hybrid offspring.The results showed that MZF02 and MZF05 were found in 5 hybrids of F1 hybrids by antagonistic experiments on hybrids,hyphae decomposition,saw blade thickness,ear traits,100 pieces of weight,yield,color and other agronomic traits.All aspects are better than the parents and other hybrids,can be the next re-screening.
