The experiment use the way of boanty to observe the morphology and microstructure of Auricularia auricula (L.ex Hook.) Underw. during the individual development. It had studied the sequence of Morphological development. All of the aspects were studied in order to definitude the life cycle about breeds of Auricularia auricula (L. ex Hook.) Underw. to plant. Provide the scientific evidence for the class and the development about natural resources of Auricularia auricula (L.ex Hook.) Underw. The experiment also described the microstructure about secondary mycelium and sporocarpium about the wildness bacterial strain of Auricularia Bull.ex Merat. It can provide the wildness bacterial strain's footing in the class of Auricularia Bull.ex Merat.1. Morphological development of Auricularia auricularThe experiment observed and analysed the individual development of 22 breeds of Auricularia auricula (L.ex Hook.) Underw. to plant. The experiment results show that differences of breeds about Morphological development are not distinctness. On the time of plant, (length xheight) of basidiospora, primary mycelium and secondary mycelium, the microstructure of the primordium and sporocarpium also have some differences.Auricularia auricula (L. ex Hook.) Underw. in the whole procreate process from basidiospora to sporocarpium mature ejection basidiosporas needs 127 days. The sequence of Morphological development have 5 parts. The basidiospora to sporocarpium mature ejection and basidiosporas are bourgeoning. Then primary mycelium's qualitative change. The secondary mycelium is formation, primordium and sporocarpium.Basidiospora's length and height of Auricularia auricula (L.ex Hook.) Underw. is 3.51-5.59×11.20-13.44μm. The microstructure of the sporocarpium's transverse section have six layers. Zona pilosa,hymenium,zona compacta,zona subcompacta,medulla and zona subcompacta inferioris. Basidiolum is enchase the medulla. When the basidiolum maturity it will eject the basidiospora. Out of the middle and base level from primordium of Auricularia auricula (L.ex Hook.) Underw. have pilosa. This structure will make zona pilosa. Out of top the primordium like granule is not have pilosa. It could sinking inside. Make the primordium like auricle. This part is the segmental venter. So it will make the hymenium. The mycelium make it tertiary mycelium. The structure inside the primordium have two layers.
