This article has carried on the preliminary study on the enzymatic technology of kelp meal and application for Litopenaeus vanname culture.Mainly discussed ? Study on the enzymatic technology of kelp meal;? Effects of dietary kelp meal on growth,digestive enzymes and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei.? Effects of enzymatic hydrolysate of kelp meal on growth,digestive enzymes and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei.? Effects of adding kelp meal in aquatic water for shrimp on water quality and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei.The main results were as follows: 1.Study on the enzymatic technology of kelp meal;According to the single factor experimental design principles,content of reducing sugar and amino acid in products was taken as the evaluation index,accordingly,effects of the dosage of enzyme,the temperature of enzyme solution,the time of enzyme solution,the power of hydrogen of enzyme solution were examined.1)The best condition of ?-glucanase degradation are dosage 300 U/g,PH 4.4,temperature 50?;the product of reducing sugar is 8.96%;2)The best condition of protease degradation are dosage of protease 1000 U/g,PH 6.0,temperature 45?;the product concentration of amino acid is 11.3%;2.Effects of kelp meal adding ration on growth,digestive enzymes and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vanname;.According to a single factor experimental design,six diets were formulated to contain 0%,0.5%,1%,2%,3%,5% of kelp meal(D1~D6),then fed the shrimps(1.00±0.1g)for 7-weeks.The results showed as follows: The weight gain rate(WGR)and specific growth rate(SGR)in D4 and D5 groups were significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).In addition,the feed conversion ratio(FCR)in D5 group markedly decreased(P<0.05).With the increased level of kelp meal,the activities of pepsin(PP),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and polyphenoloxidase(PO)increased,reached the maximum in D5 group(P<0.05)and then decreased.It can be concluded that the optimal adding ratio of kelp meal in the diet of Litopenaeus vannamei is 3%.3.Effects of adding treatments kelp meal on growth,digestive enzymes and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei;Based on the experimental of adding ration kelp meal results,formulated a diet with 3% kelp meal,and two diets with 3% kelp meal after ?-glucanase treatment(GT),and protease treatment(PT),fed the shrimps 8-weeks and they were named as A,B,C,respectively;The results showed that: Kelp meal with GT had significant influence on improving WGR,SGR and reducing FCR(P<0.05)and kelp meal with PT can increase SR markedly(P<0.05).Kelp meal with GT and kelp meal with PT had significant influence on enhancing the activities of CL,ACP and PO(P<0.05).It can be concluded that t kelp meal treated by ?-glucanase can promote the growth performance and non-specific immunity of Litopenaeus vannamei,and treated by protease can improve non-specific immunity.4.Effects of adding kelp meal in aquatic water for shrimp on water quality and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei;By comparing the adding kelp meal group and the control group change of water quality,bacterial content and non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei,to analysis the effect of adding kelp meal.The results showed as follows,in the middle and later stage,TAN maximum concentration of adding kelp meal group(1.74 mg/L)is lower than the control group(5.64 mg/L);Finally,the adding group TAN concentration is 0.22 mg/L,the control group is 0.44 mg/L.At the end of the test,,each group's NO2-N concentration reaches the maximum,the control group's concentration is 9.85 mg/L,higher than the adding kelp meal group.nitrate in kelp meal group and the control were 13.2 and 0.32 mg/L,respectively.In the middle-late phase,the adding kelp meal group's bacillus density were significantly higher than the matched group.The non-specific immunity enzymes of Litopenaeus vannamei with blood serum were measured.The results showed that the activity of acid phosphatase(ACP),lysozyme(LZM),peroxidase(POD)were affected significantly by adding kelp meal in the water(P<0.05).Conclusively,adding kelp meal in aquatic water for shrimp can effectively improve the water quality,and can improve non-specific immunity.
