Straw as a renewable biomass resources in China,the production of large,widely distributed,is an extremely rich reserves of resources.Due to the small density of crop straw stack,covering a large area,and the phenomenon of losing tons in the transport process is very serious,the farmers' profits are meager,so it can not be effectively used.Aiming at the problem of straw harvest in the northern plains of our country,large amount of harvest period is short,the self-propelled straw bundling machine structure scheme suitable for plain harvest,the use of mapping and analysis software bundling machine feeding mechanism and picking mechanism and other key components are designed and optimized on the basis of referencing the existing technology the developed set of self walking,picking,compression and bundling functions suitable for plain high-efficiency operation of self-propelled square baler for,and the test is completed.The main achievements include:(1)According to the actual situation of plain straw harvesting,this paper studies a kind of self-propelled square bundle baler and its design scheme.(2)This paper analyzes the technical requirements and the working principle of the key components of the self propelled tied straw baling machine,designs and optimizes the key working parts such as the pickup mechanism and the feeding mechanism,so as to improve the working stability and efficiency of the whole machine.(3)The feeding mechanism is modeled by Solidworks software,and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out for the three-dimensional model of the feeding mechanism,which can provide reference and basis for the optimization of feeding mechanism.Based on the problem of the contradiction between the height of the lift and the feeding quantity,the fixed position of the rocker arm is designed into the form of the crank movement,which can reach the height of the lifting and complete the feeding amount.(4)The pickup efficiency of the pickup mechanism is closely related to the speed of the pickup drum,and the speed of the pickup roller determines the efficiency of the pickup.The speed of the pickup roller has a direct influence on the working speed of the pickup hammer,and the optimal speed of the power input is determined by 2050 rpm.(5)Field performance test.The results showed that the density of straw bale,the rate of straw bundle,the rate of fall,the rate of bundle and the rate of loss were all up to the design requirements.To optimize the analysis using Design-expert software,get the optimal combination of factors of straw bale density effect for bundling machine forward speed is 11km/h,the straw length 821.68 mm,hammer shape for Y type knife.At this time straw bundle density of 183.099kg/m~3.
