| The commercialisation of silage has effectively solved the real problem of inadequate winter feed supply for modern farming.As silage is rich in nutrients and easy to store and transport,efficient harvesting and processing of silage crops has become a new pattern in the development of modern agricultural machinery.In foreign countries,silage wrapping machines are available in a wide range and of reliable quality.Large domestic farms have introduced them,but they are expensive,complex to maintain and require training for professional use,and cannot be introduced on a large scale in the country.The demand for harvesting,baling and wrapping machines is increasing year by year compared to the vast area of dryland silage crops,and in recent years domestic agricultural machinery manufacturers have produced and manufactured a large number of harvesters,balers and harvesting and baling machines,but there is less research on round bale picking and wrapping machines,and most of the existing wrapping machines have no supporting power of their own,and the degree of automation and flexibility of operation is not high.Therefore,there is a great potential for developing a pick and wrap machine for dryland operations.This design aims to find an efficient way to pick and wrap round bales of silage.In terms of functional and structural design,the design is guided by functional design ideas and methods,and by researching existing wrapping machines at home and abroad,the functional and structural design is used as a starting point to build a functional model and technical solution to complete the structural design of the picking and wrapping machine.In terms of exterior modelling: combining knowledge of perceptual engineering and virtual reality technology,shape grammar was used to incorporate human perception into the design of the machine’s exterior.A virtual interactive design environment was created in which the designer completed the 3D design of the pick and wrap machine,and invited relevant personnel to carry out a virtual review,so that the design of the pick and wrap machine is practical and its appearance is closer to the aesthetic needs of users.Compared with the existing pick and wrap machines in the market,the product of this design study has greater advantages in terms of picking and wrapping efficiency and dryland applicability.Moreover,the machine has modular design as the standard,which is easy to maintain and repair,and suitable for industrial mass production. |
