In recent years,with the rapid development of computer hardware and software technology and communication technology,GIS technology has accordingly seen rapid development,wider application and closer integration with the mainstream IT technology,which serves as a new direction of the development of information technology.In order to speed up the information management of the provincial germplasm resources and promote the protection and utilization of forest germplasm resources,the State Forestry Department has put forward the task of speeding up the construction of information system of forest germplasm resources.Therefore,aimed at the provincial forest tree germplasm resources,this article is focused on the design of the data acquisition subsystem and the Germplasm resources information system in Shandong Province,to elaborate on the technical route of the system design,the program design of the system development,the design of database and function,and the fusion of multi-source data.Located in north and south temperature handover zone,Shandong province is rich in germplasm resource.In recent years,special attention has been paid to the management of forest germplasm resource.In 2014,Department of Science and Technology in Shandong province has issued key projects of the study on the innovation and utilization of agricultural biological resources titled “Evaluation and Protection of Forest Germplasm Resources".One of the main research contents is the sub subject "Information Standardization and Information Management System of Forest Germplasm Resources".According to the purpose and demand of forest germplasm resources investigation in Shandong Province,this paper analyzes and summarizes the requirements of users,establishes the index model of data statistical analysis,and determines the functional requirements of forest germplasm resources information.Based on the research results,development trend and current situation of domestic and foreign related fields,the paper chooses the reasonable technical scheme to carry out the overall design of the forest germplasm resources information system in Shandong province.The Germplasm Resources Investigation Information System of Shandong province,developed on the basis of “Technical Specification for Investigation of Forest Germplasm Resources in Shandong”,includes system management(Code base management),user management,input and editing of germplasm information,data management,data browsing,statistical analysis,spatial analysis and any other modules.All of these basically meet the needs of the statistical analysis of the data record management,the quality and the dynamic change of the germplasm resources in Shandong Province.Concerning the large amount of forest germplasm resources,the information collection subsystem of forest germplasm resources has been developed in order to facilitate data collection and processing.The subsystem is designed and implemented according to the technical content of “Technical specification for investigation of forest germplasm resources in Shandong”,which can provide the data entry,inspection,county(District)data consolidation,data review and submission,as well as data backup and restore functions for the city and County Forestry Bureau and the University survey team.The database system of forest germplasm resources information system adopts distributive data storage structure design.Based on the WebService technology of Microsoft,the server application and network client base on TCP/IP has been well designed.The data layer uses postgresql/postgis to store the attribute data,pictures and geographical spatial datal.Logic layer adopts C#,Mapserver,WebService and other technologies.Presentation layer uses C#,map API,open source NPOI,etc.The server is designed to realize the WebService services such as data access,Germplasm Database Access,WMS map service,spatial statistics and analysis of germplasm resources and software update.This paper analyzes and explores the display fusion of multi-source spatial information,interactive fusion and fusion of analysis of forest tree germplasm resources.Display fusion adopts day map API,MaperServer WMS,on the basis of which JavaScript script and c# are achieved.Analysis fusion is achieved based on MaperServer API?Postgresql/postgis.Stemmed from these three kinds of fusion methods,we design and implement the spatial location map,spatial distribution map,spatial statistics and spatial analysis function.The design of analysis function of system space contributes a lot to the realization of the Spatial scatter plot of the species and genera of forest germplasm resources in Shandong province.One or several kinds of joint scatter map have been set up and the spatial statistical thematic maps of species and genera in the information of forest tree germplasm resources in Shandong province have been formed.Moreover,the species and genera of the information of forest germplasm resources in Shandong have been analyzed.The system is based on PostgreSQL/Postgis,MapServer and other open source software,which can improve the efficiency of software development,enable the system development to gain more independent intellectual property rights,and facilitate the sustainable development of forest germplasm resources information system.
