With the development of society,the development of forestry in China has changed from the rough development mode in the past to the sustainable development,from the past to the development of economic efficiency as the center of the transformation to the protection and comprehensive development of forest resources as the center of the development,the way of cutting the forest has changed from the previous large-scale cutting to the small-scale thinning.The above changes in various ways make the forest harvesting reduced,therefore,the market for large logging equipment demand is greatly reduced,small-sized logging equipment is paid much favored by the market.At present,the development of small wheeled equipment on the domestic market with foreign countries is not very perfect,variety is single,so the design of a smaller,lighter,more flexible operation logging equipment is very necessary.This paper has made a deep understanding of the logging equipment at home and abroad,combined with the research results of the domestic small-sized skidding equipment,and determined the type of small-sized material equipment suitable for the situation of forest in China.In order to adapt to the narrow traffic environment in the forest area,this design adopts single track structure layout,based on this,the layout of the entire equipment to determine,mainly includes: power system,transmission system,steering system and skidding mechanism of rational design.And the gasoline engine,gearbox and other important parts of the technical parameters of the design calculation and selection.After completing the whole design of the single track hand transportation equipment,the mobile performance is analyzed and calculated,including longitudinal stability analysis of single-track portable transport equipment,analysis of barrier capability,steering analysis,etc.Based on the Matlab software,the relationship between the center of gravity and elevation angle and the relationship between elevation and obstacle height are obtained.The static analysis and modal analysis of the rack with relatively large load are carried out by ANSYS software,through the static analysis,the total deformation nephogram,the equivalent stress analysis nephogram and the equivalent elastic strain analysis,check the stiffness and strength of the frame.Through the modal analysis,the vibration mode of the first four steps of the frame is obtained,and the vibration stability of the frame is analyzedFinally,the driving stability of the prototype test and steering,obstacle capability of skidding,verify the correctness of design and calculation.Provides a new idea for the study of China's forest in small logging equipment...
