The development of large agricultural machinery is a trend.Large wide farm machinery can not only reduce production costs and increase crop yields,improve work efficiency.But the large farm implement has brought serious transportation problems,thewide-breadth makes large farm machinery flexibility and security in the transport cannot be guaranteed,and the existing mechanism is complex and inconvenient operation.In order to ensure the adoption and flexibility of large agricultural machinery,there are three methods of resolution: folded frames which can be subdivided into super inferior fold,horizontal fold and lifting fold;a trailer is use to longitudinal traction along the girder of a wide-breadth farm implement;and combined double-frames that agricultural implement with common mechanism for raising/lowering and rotating a lift frame about a vertical axis.Nevertheless,folded frames have complex structures and are expensive to manufacture;a dedicated shoring trailer has to be furnished,and field operation is very inconvenient;and the complex structure of combined double-frames is more expensive.In this paper,a general frame for high mobility and wide range of farm implements is proposed,which is simple in structure,convenient in operation and transportation.Compared with the middle-mounted wheel frame,the advantages and technical characteristics of the two frames are found out,and make clear their respective occasions,which can provide guidance for the application and popularization of the high mobility frame.The main worksare as follows:(1)The technical scheme of the front-mounted wheel type is put forward,and the structure features and working principle are studied,which provides the basis and guidance for further research.(2)Design of subsystems and key components: the design of land wheel systems,by using the Preposition-wheel mode.The utility model has the advantages of flexible arrangement,no running belt,simple structure,etc.The main research includes: the determination of the main parameters of the frame,the study of the deformation principle,the design of the structure,the design of the power clutch device,and the design of the state lock and waterproof.(3)The simulation software is used to simulate the effect of two kinds of forms of the front-mounted wheel and the middle-mounted wheel,and the depth control characteristics of the ground wheel and the front wheel are studied in two forms.(4)Research on engineering application of twoframes,equipped with thick flat planting soybean sowing units verification frame operation and transportation performance,effect of two kinds offramesin the engineering application of the structure and technical parameters.(5)The engineering structure analysis of two kinds of frames girders was carried out by using CATIA software,the maximum load of operation and transportation state are analyzed,selection of operation condition for maximum depth,and transportation braking condition analysis,stress simulation of frame beam in the actual condition,study on the influence of wheel force on the installation position.(6)Machining prototype,carrying out function test and road transportation test,comparing the operation and transportation parameters of the prototype.Research results show:In this paper,a kind of high mobility farm frame is designed,which adopts Front-mounted dual-purpose land wheel system.It is equipped with power clutch,hydraulic control,mechanical locking and turnover mechanism.The hydraulic control system can realize the operation and the transportation state conversion and the ploughing depth adjustment conveniently and quickly.The locking device of the turning mechanism can realize the automatic locking and releasing in the state transformation process.The overall profiling effect of the middle-mounted wheel frame is better,but it has some requirements and restrictions on the layout and structure of the whole machine.The design of the front-mounted frame wide high mobility tools has the advantages of simple structure,flexible switching state,and front-mounted wheel system has the advantages of flexible arrangement.In engineering applications,the adaptability is wider,and the existing machines and tools can be easily transformed to achieve high mobility.Thetwo high mobility framesprovide a new way of thinking and engineering solution for the transition of large farm machinery and farm field,and promote the popularization and popularization of large scale agricultural machinery.
