In order to enhance the sustainable development of agriculture and rural ecology,conservation tillage technology has been widely recognized in every country.Conservation tillage not only can reduce consumption,save costs,but also conducive to conserve water and soil moisture which was a strategic measure to improve China's ecological environment and fully realize the sustainable development of agriculture.No-till planter is the key to implementing conservation tillage.With the implementation and development of China's agricultural machinery policy,the research and development of no-till planters are also vigorously promoted.The existing no-till planters are mainly minicomputers.However,as the scattered pattern of land in our country is gradually replaced by the centralized land management,the advantages of large wide no-till planters have become increasingly prominent.However,the problem of transportation difficulties have been inevitably caused by the development of wide-width no-till planters,the huge width makes it impossible to guarantee the safety and flexibility of no-till planters during field transfer and transportation.Therefore,researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of research and development on the transportation of wide-width no-till planter,the existing mature solutions mainly include four categories: the first is the trolley transport type,the second is the folding frame type,the other is the lateral traction type of the two ground wheel,and the fourth is the double-frame combination type,however,the four types of solutions mentioned above do not apply to the current situation in rural areas of our country,which are respectively caused by cumbersome operations,high manufacturing costs,inconveniences in conversion,and complex structures,thus these solutions can not be applied.Therefore,the key technical idea of high mobility frame platform has been proposed by our laboratory,and the middle-mounted and front-mounted platform of the ground wheel has been designed,which has the characteristics of simple structure,low cost and good practicability.In this study,2BMFJ series of no-till straw-covering planter as the engineering practice object,make the key technology of the existing high mobility frame platform of the research group apply in no-tillage straw-covering planter,the high mobility no-tillage straw-covering planter was designed by using the methods combination of theoretical analysis,computer-aided analysis and prototype testing.Comparing the assembly of no-till equipment was carried out for two technical solutions of platform by using the CATIA software assembly module,with the principle of easy to change and practical to determine a reasonable platform technology program.The platform structure and parameters which can make the no-tillage straw-covering planter meets operational transportation requirements was designed by using the mechanical design principle combined with CATIA motion simulation module and trial number method.The hydraulic control system of the whole machine was designed according to the hydraulic design manual,so that the system can achieve the process of synchronized lifting,retracting,and reversing,and can ensure the stability of the whole machine transportation.The force of the maximum tillage depth and transportation braking state of the high-mobility no-tillage straw-covering planter was analyzed by using theoretical mechanics,and the static structure analysis of two kinds of the main body of the whole machine was carried out by useing CATIA engineering structure analysis module,and the perform modal analysis on the operation status was carried out to ensure the reliability of structural design.Draw the platform drawings and process the prototypes.Formulate the hydraulic implementation plan,select and purchase the valves and hydraulic cylinders,and install the hydraulic system,and debugging the function conversion of operation and transport of the platform.Prototype road transport tests were used to verify the feasibility of the design,and complete the loading of the high-mobility six-row no-tillage straw-covering planter.The results show that the big six-row no-tillage straw-covering planter has been completed based on the existing technology of high mobility platform in this research group,the planter uses a wheel front-mounted technical scheme.The wheel front-mounted platform has been designed and cooperating with big six row no-tillage straw-covering planter,after these installations the planter can have the high mobility and can meet the transportation requirements.The designed power transmission system can realize the fattening and planting of the operation status and the smooth cutting of transportation status.The innovative hydraulic control system can quickly and easily achieve the status transition of whole machine operation and transportation.The analysis of the engineering structure shows that the structure of the whole machine is reasonable and can meet the operational and transportation needs.According to the engineering practice,the adaptability of the front wheel-mounted technical scheme in engineering applications is good which was due to its simple structure,small footprint,and flexible installation and layout.The key parameters of front wheel-mounted platform was designed as the short rod length of parallel four-bar mechanism was 200 mm,the long rod length of parallel four-bar mechanism was 538 mm,the length of middle connecting beam was 1530 mm,the distance between the invisible traction mechanism and the outermost beam of the machine was 80 mm,the distance between the left and right ball hook type drawbar was 940 mm,and the length of the ball hook type drawbars was 1015 mm,which can meet the transportation needs of no-tillage straw-covering planter.The innovative design of ground wheel locking mechanism and hydraulic system can ensure the practicality of the front-mounted high-mobility platform.The rationality of the hydraulic system design,platform transportation stability,steering flexibility,and the rationality of the design of structural parameters was confirmed by the platform hydraulic system test,transportation test and prototype installation of the large six-row no-tillage straw-covering planter equipped with the platform,which can meet the requirements of high mobility for the large six-row no-tillage straw-covering planter.The key technologies and ideas of the high mobility platform provide a new engineering solution for the field transfer of large farm machinery,which will help promote the popularization and promotion of large wide farm machinery.
