At present,the central green belt of highway is mainly irrigated with waterwheel.The main drawbacks of this kind of irrigation method are high cost of irrigation,low water resources utilization,and the impact of traffic,also easily lead to damage to the road embankment and pavement structure.Some scholars researched on the agricultural drip irrigation technology and used it for the vegetation irrigation of central green belt.However,due to the structure of drip irrigation system is more complicated,likely to cause douche clogging,and caused by the drip irrigation system cannot work properly,so this kind of drip irrigation technology has not been widely used in highway and promotion of green construction.The above shows that the simply method that the traditional waterwheel sprinkler irrigation with water be replaced by the agricultural drip irrigation technology is not feasible.In this paper,it is aiming at the special terrain characteristics of the highway,and through combining the theoretical research and demonstration project instances,using slope rainwater as irrigation water,proposing a suitable variable aperture perforated pipe irrigation system for the highway central green belt,enabling the highway greening project new concepts include rainwater resources,irrigation efficiency,cost reduction,and also providing reference for national highway afforestation irrigation.The variable aperture perforated pipe irrigation technology research based on "the key technology research of highway water storage slow-release greening and demonstration projects" as the backing,research contents is an integral part of the project.There are three main technical advantages:first,with perforated tube as the douche,simple structure,and using a large aperture discharge water irrigation methods,better to avoid the douche clogging problem and other issues;Second,according to the changes of the water pressure in the pipe,change the pore size of the water hole correspondingly,to ensure the uniformity of irrigation;Third,using the highway slope savings rainwater as irrigation water,to achieve full utilization of water resources.This paper combines the topographical features of the highway and vegetation and soil conditions of the central green belt,do theoretical analysis and presentations for the features of variable aperture perforated pipe irrigation system and its constituent parts.The system is mainly consists of five parts:water sources,the first hub project,water supply and distribution piping system,variable aperture perforated tube irrigation emitters and automatic control equipment;the Irrigation Uniformity is the core of variable aperture perforated pipe irrigation technology research,through the main factors influencing the flow uniformity analyzed theoretically.On this basis,a section of highway central green belt in Yunnan province Baoteng highway will be the object of study,it conducted variable aperture perforated pipe irrigation technology design instances,the first hub design includes water storage,filtering,constant pressure and other devices designs,water supply and distribution piping system design including piping layout planning,material selection,and hydraulic parameters,etc,using Matlab software programming trials,derived a variable aperture drilling program,and through experimental study to verify whether the result of the trial meets the requirements of irrigation uniformity.
