The Research And Design Of New Pesticide Thrower

This paper analyzed the development of the pneumatic Throwing device at home and abroad in recent years.On this basis,the idea that pesticide package as projectile applied in the throwing system was put forward.In order to meet agricultural requirements,according to the principle and structure,we need to design and develop a new pesticides dumped.Then the feasibility of the application was analyzed.The main contents of this article are as follows:At first,the research situations on Long-distance Throwing device of domestic and international are analyzed in this paper;the characteristics of modern pesticide spilled,application and development status are studied in this paper.According to actual demand,the pneumatic throwing device system program which is suitable for Long-distance Throwing canon is determined.Then this paper investigates the working mechanism of pneumatic fire-extinguish gun,the detailed research and design on firing mechanism are carried out.Finally comprehensive and systematic research and design on mechanical structure and control system of Pesticide Throwing device are carried out.DOT CFFC Standard has been adopted in Here to design the Carbon fiber;The dimension,weight and layers of winding were determined,through the design of the winding method and the inteiror of the Carbon cylinder.Then by using the finite element analysis software Anasys,the important parts of the Pesticide Throwing cannon are conducted in the mechanism analysis.The stress distributing graphs and aberration nephograms are obtained which provides a the oretical basis for the reliability of the Throwing mechanism design.Based on the classic theory of artillery exterior ballistics,exterior ballistics of the pesticide package is analyzed and the mathematical model of the external ballistics is established?According to the requirements of target shooting point for Throwing device bombs,such as the parameters of penetration angle,the optimization equations of exterior ballistics as pesticide package hit the target shooting point is established.And then corresponding relationship between the parameters of the target shooting point and firing pressure and firing angle are determined.By using the software MATLAB,kinematics and dynamic analysis calculation in launching process are carried on,and the relation curve of pesticide package muzzle initial velocity and firing pressure in the chamber is established and the corresponding relation table is drawn.According to the interior ballistic equations,the change curve of displacement in the firing process varied with time is deduced.By using dynamic analysis software,the simulation analysis of dynamic response of the gun barrel in firing process is carried out,and the curve of dynamic response of the gun barrel with different firing angle is gained and the emission stability of the fire-extinguish gun is verified.
