Avian influenza is a zoonotic disease caused by the influenza virus belonging to the Orthomyxoviridae and endangers humans,birds and some mammals.The Tenth division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps are located in the Altay region of Xinjiang,the division headquarters in the Altay region Beitun City,under the jurisdiction of the eight pastoral farms.The breeding mode of poultry industry in the region is combined the large-scale farm with households,and the annual slaughter number of poultry is more than 700,000.The area is located between the Irtysh River and Ulungur River,and the second largest freshwater lake in Xinjiang Ulungur Lake next to Beitun City.Another two border regiments was only hundreds of kilometers away from the Kazakhstan Zanzan.It is important to monitor the work of avian influenza antibody immunization and non-immune antibody in this area,and to prevent the invasion of H5 subtype in this region and other subtypes.H5 subtype avian influenza virus inactivated vaccine was used in this study,after the immune 21 days the antibodies in poultry blood were detection,according to the highly pathogenic avian influenza virus detection technology in the detection of blood coagulation-hemagglutination inhibition test avian influenza antibody titer standards determinationIn the present study,poultry antibodies to avian influenza were monitored regularly over the five years from 2012 to 2016 in Altay Prefecture.A total of 7763 avian serum samples were collected to detect the H5 and H7 subtype avian strain antibody by HI test.The results showed that there were 6141 samples qualified detect by HI,and immune qualified rate reached 79.1%.Especially after the autumn of 2012,immune qualified rate was less than 95%.However the immune rate was only 52% in the fall of 2013.The results show that the average immunization rate in the five years has reached the national standard in the area.The qualified rate of antibodies in different types of sites was different.The qualified rate of immunization in households was higher than that in large-scale farms and market area.The annual qualified rate was also different.The detection of avian influenza antibodies in 2013 was lowest than in all detected years.There were no significant differences between the two groups in the immune antibody levels in spring and autumn.In 2016,H7 subtypes were found by detection of avian influenza antibodies in the non-immune groups.The detected results of 750 serum samples showed that the positive detection rate of avian influenza antibodies in the non-immune was 4% in C Farm.This rate was reached 0.4% in the whole Tenth division.It indicates H7 subtype avian influenza was existence in the region.It provided useful data to carry out the relevant prevention and control work for the future.
