Influenza(Avian,AI),caused by influenza A virus,is a zoonotic disease,which can erupt and become epidemic all over the world.Its host area is very common,the main host for aquatic birds,but also can infect mammals and humans.The economic losses caused by the outbreak of avian influenza are incalculable,especially caused by highly pathogenic avian influenza.Once the outbreak will cause a fatal blow to the livestock breeding,so the world will be included in one of the diseases of avian influenza must be reported.Since2004,China has attached importance to the prevention and control.In China,chicken flocks are most prevalent in H5 subtypes.In the continuous exploration and practice,the most effective and most effective way to prevent avian influenza is vaccine immunization.After immunization,the antibody was detected in chickens,in order to master the effect of immunization and infection.These data will also provide a strong support for the future prevention and control of data.The experiment was carried out to monitor and analyze the antibody after immunization against the flu in the autumn of 2014 to the autumn of 2016.The data obtained by monitoring the passing rate of avian influenza antibody monitoring to maintain above 90%,and showing a year good condition;through the monitoring of antibody 1-12 in 2016 that May and October are relatively high in antibody,the qualified rates of antibody detection respectively reach 93% and 93.5%,and throughout the year are maintained at above 85%;Through the comparison of antibody levels in layers and table poultries,the level of antibody was higher than that of table poultries.The households in different field sampling of antibody level: breeder bird farm> scale farm> scattered households.We monitor three key areas(1)the table poultries breeding concentrated areas:Yaqian Town ?XIabuji Town(2)the layers breeding concentrated areas: Wenzhen Town?Quanling Town(3)Migratory birds concentrated areas: Sanli Town?Meizhuang Town.By monitoring visible,these areas are relatively high antibody levels,are better than the average pass rate of antibody,which is the highest level of antibody levels in two towns of the layers breeding concentrated areas,the qualified rates of antibody detection respectively reach 94.5% and 93.8%.
