The hog cultivation is an important part of the domestic animal husbandry.China is not only one of the largest country for swine production,but also a large consumer of pork.Therefore,the hog cultivation plays an important role in the domestic production and life.With the increase of residents' green ecological awareness,it has been very urgent to provide healthy meat products for the market.Swine diseases have become increasingly complex in Chinese current hog cultivation,the new diseases were emerging while the previous epidemic had not been effectively controlled yet,and the phenomenon of mixed cross infection was more widespread,which caused immeasurable economic losses to the swine industry every year and set an obstacle for the healthy development of hog cultivation.Control the occurrence of swine diseases has become a necessary means to ensure the healthy development of the hog cultivation.Now,many scale pig farms are aware of going to control the epidemic,but they often can not find the key point of epidemic prevention.In this study,we analyzed the main types of swine infectious diseases in Henan province by means of literature research,questionnaire survey and field investigation.Through the investigation on the biosecurity status of the breeding environment and the pathogen detection of the main infectious diseases in the breeding environment samples,the environmental risk factors affecting the occurrence and transmission of the main infectious diseases were identified.On this basis,we established the "Biosecurity monitoring model for the breeding environment of scale pig farms".Its role is to monitor and assess the biosecurity of breeding environment in scale pig farms.The thesis focuses on the following aspects:1?Consulting the swine disease surveillance data of Henan province from 2014 to 2016 from Henan Province Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center,combined with our findings,we identified the main swine infectious diseases in Henan province included CSF,PRRS,PED,PR,PCVD and H.parasuis.2?Researching on the biosecurity status of the breeding environment in Henan province through questionnaire and field investigation,combined with the pathogen detection results of environmental samples by fluorescence quantitative PCR,we identified main environmental factors affecting the occurrence and transmission of the main swine infectious diseases included farm field environment,feeding environment,floating personnel,something input,personnel mobility,instrument and transportation,birds,mice and insects.3?According to the relevant laws and regulations of the state,industry technical specifications and standards,the latest scientific and technological research results.Make recommendations for the establishment of scale pig farms biosecurity system from the six aspects included field environment biosecurity,feeding environment biosecurity,inputs biosecurity,personnel mobility biosecurity,instrument and transportation biosecurity,the biosecurity of birds,mice and insects,and provide a reference for the establishment of biosecurity monitoring model.4 ? According to the preliminary investigation and the results analysis of laboratory pathogen detection,the six main infectious diseases,six environmental factors and 30 specific projects,and the monitoring methods of this monitoring model were determined,then the biosecurity monitoring model for the breeding environment of scale pig farms was established.This model can be used to monitor and evaluate the biosecurity of the breeding environment in scale pig farms in Henan Province.It can also be used to discover the risks and vulnerabilities in the breeding environment,and provide early warning of the occurrence of swine diseases and a reference for examination and acceptance of the swine diseases purification farms.
