| In this study,4intensive pig farms in xinjiang were used as test object to determinate the bestdisinfection way of the empty housing and the time limit of four kinds of disinfection solutions indisinfects pond. The results showed that the best disinfection way was rinsing the empty housing with tapwater, spraying in2%NaOH, two hours later, again rinsing with tap water, drying for three days, andfinally fumigating by formaldehyde. After being preparated, the disinfection solution was valid for48hours.Subsequently, the best immunization procedures of different growth period o pigs for classicalswine fever（CSF），swine foot-and-mouth disease（FMD）and porcine reproductive and respiratorysyndrome（PRRS）were screened by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）. The resultsindicated that both21-day-old and50-day-old pigs were intramuscularly inoculated with one milliliter ofCSF and PRRS vaccines, respectively, boosted with the boosted dosage170days later. In addition,40-day-old pigs were intramuscularly inoculated with one milliliter of FMD vaccine, boosted with theboosted dosage at3-monthly intervals.Finally, the pathogens were isolated from died pigs from heart，lever and spleen，identified bymorphological observe and polymerase chain reaction（PCR）. In addition，the drug resistance of thepathogens were determined by drug sensitivity test. The results suggested that four pathogens includingstreptococcus, haemophilus parasuis, pasteurella and infectious pleuropneumonia actinobacillus wereisolated and identified from died pigs，and sensitive to cephalosporin and chloromycetin. The cure effect ofthe sensitive antibiotics was obvious.The biosecurity system in intensive pig farms usually comprise of: disinfection, health care andvaccine prevention. In this study, the biosecurity is established primarily by researching on the threeelements above. And this study provides clinical data and establishes the theoretical foundation for pigindustry well developing. |
