The Hosta plants are perennial herbaceous of Liliaceae,a total of about 40.It is widely distributed and has a very high value of landscape application.Hosta species is very rich resources,and is important in the plant landscape application under forest.At present,the research on genetic diversity of hostaes is still relatively less,and the research about the analysis of Hosta population structure and associated haven't been reported.This study use SSR molecular marker to analysis the genetic diversity of 28 Hosta,Through the analysis of the genetic structure of Hosta group to determine the value of Q,association mapping for leaf clump height,crown diameter,leaf number,flowering,leaf color were performed using mixed linear model in TASSEL 2.0.1 software in order to locate these quantitative trait locus.Provide the necessary theoretical basis for the molecular marker and genetic improvement of plants.The main results were as the following:1.In this study,11 pairs of SSR primers were used to amplify by PCR,Results show that 57 loci are produced during these 28 Hosta.Loci of every marker ranged from 3 to 9,with an average of 5.18.The mean polymorphism information content value was with a range from 0.32 to 0.84,with an average of 0.59.The effective number of alleles ranged from 1.52 to 7.06,with an average of 3.31.The Shannon diversity index ranged from 2.05 to 0.71,with an average of 1.27.The observed heterozygosity ranged from 0.11 to 0.9,with an average of 0.42.The average heterozygosity ranged from 0.34 to 0.86,with an average value of 0.63.The genetic distance ranged from 0.34 to 0.86,with an average of 0.63.The results showed that SSR markers had high genetic diversity.2.Cluster analysis was performed on 28 Hosta cultivars by UPGMA method,the similarity coefficient of 0.67 materials could be divided into two groups.The first group included 23 germplasm resources,including H.'Gold Heart'(17)as a group,indicating that the varieties are distantly related with the other 22 groups were from the Hosta,and Chinese,Japan,Europe and other places of the original land,The results showed that there was a certain correlation between the genetic relationship of germplasm resources.The second group consists of 5 Germplasm.Resources Gray Leaf Varieties of H.'Big Daddy'(11)as a group,that' father 'and the other 4 copies of the most far genetic relationship.3.Association analysis between 11 SSR loci and 16 ornamental traits of 28 hosta cultivars was performed.The results showed that 11 markers were significantly correlated with the phenotypic traits of the 10 traits.Among the 38 related events,there are 18 significant levels(P <.0.01),and the other is the significant level(P < 0.05).In P < 0.01,flowering,leaf area,leaf length,leaf width and scape number associated with the site more,a total of 8 sites.Variation of SSR6 on leaf length to explain the highest rate of 79 %,The rate of variation in leaf area of SSR8 was30 %.In couclusion,results from this research will be helpful to dig out the Hosta traits related to good alleles control gene and gene provides a basis for molecular marker assisted breeding,Hosta collection and genetic improvement has played a positive effect in promoting.
