Hydraulic engineering is the national economy and social development of infrastructure and basic industries,and informatization is the general trend of economic and social development in the world,so hydraulic informatization came into being.Irrigation district informatization,as the main component of hydraulic informationization,will also be developed.Compared with foreign developed countries,the irrigation area information construction in our country started late,and the researches and applications of integrated monitoring and control sluice gate metering functions stay nearly blank state.Foreign imports are expensive,and the effect of irrigation when being applied in China is not good,so it can not lead to large-scale use.This paper studies and develops a monitoring and control sluice gate control system that can adapt to the situation of irrigated areas in China.It will have an important effect on the realization of irrigation water diversion precisely and informationization management.In this paper,the indoor model tests were used to verify the performance of the monitoring and control sluice gate system at the Feilaixia test base.The flow coefficient calculation formula and the accuracy of the system flow were verified by a series of experiments,and the flow coefficients of the sluice gate in various flow conditions were determined.The model test proves that the integrated gate system has stable operation,high precision and simple operation,and can meet the requirements of irrigation area.In the integrated monitoring and control gate system,the RTU on-site flow measurement sensors,gates and other equipment were used for field control and data acquisition through GPRS wireless communication,and at last achieving the remoting dispatch center information interconnection of RTU.In the RTU hardware design,the microcontroller PIC18F67K22 was selected as a microprocessor,and the function modules such as data storage circuit,clock circuit,gate electric drive circuit,sensor receiving circuit,GPRS communication module,power supply template and screen display were designed.The development of software MPLAB IDE v8.80 was used for software design,and the software interface program module,the interrupt service program module,the data acquisition program module,the data storage program module,the GPRS wireless communication program module and the gate control program module were developed,which can meet the monitoring and control integrated gate system of various work requirements,such as the development of management system of remote dispatch center for the irrigation area to take water real-time monitoring,which is completed in labview development environment.Its main functions include remote monitoring,report statistics and analysis,ladder water price and expense management and system management of integrated gate monitoring and control.
