With the rapid and powerful development of China's science and technology, hybrid rice seed production mechanization technology has been widely studied,as well as the related knowledge including cultivation. The scale of rice seed production is expanding, and the output and quality improving. In particular,China is in the stage of industrial transformation,a lot of labor moving to cities and towns, which urges the promotion of mechanization in rice seed production.China's traditional technology of hybrid rice seed production has developed about50 years, while the mechanization of the whole process is lagging behind. When mechanization in countries like USA and Japan has been widely used,we are still in the process of researching and promoting.Due to our diverse landscape and unbalanced economic development in different regions,China's agricultural scientists propose various solutions of mechanization, and conduct feasible studies in all levels. In this research,we choose one mechanization methord of female parent direct seeding and male parent two-row transplanting to study its related technology, including adjustments of seeds germination rate and growth status to direct seeding in fields, influence on rice growth when changing the length of rice seedling period, comparison of mechanical and artificial transplanting and their effects on rice growing, and researches on convenient, safe and secure methords of seeds purity detection techniques in some breeds of hybrid rice. The corresponding data analysis on experimental results proves that it is practicable to introduce mechanization into hybrid rice seed production.Mechanization needs high conditions, and we should try our best to meet the needs as well as adjusting our cultivating methords to the new planting process.
