The sowing mechanism of rice sowing machine(paddy planter)generally consists of sowing boxes and transmission mechanism of the same type.The short distance between the sowing boxes in different ridges,and between the sowing boxes and the central monitoring room brings many sowing boxes.Under the conditions of highly uneven surface,much stubble in rotary tillage,and the seeding faults in the processing caused by the mechanical vibration,and slurry and solid blocks easily lead to the results that the operation efficiency will be affected,the labor cost of filling the gaps with seedlings will increase,and the development of the technology of direct seeding will be hindered.On the basis of the research trend of sowing quality monitoring domestic and abroad,this thesis uses the flexible multipoint communication between the ZigBee wireless transmission and the monitoring network comprised by the photoelectric sensors.According to the light shelter when rice seeds pass the monitoring coverage area,this thesis will judge the seeding situations,alarm the drivers the appliance faults of seeding and handle with the missing problems timely in order to promote the development and popularization of rice direct seeding.The main achievements in the thesis are as follows:Through the analysis of the current situation of sowing quality monitoring appliance,especially by the judgment of the problem with the rice direct monitoring appliance,and compared with several short-distance-wireless communication technologies,and combing with network structure selection and function design of protocol stack based on the basic research of ZigBee wireless transmission technology,the appliance is designed to meet the functional requirements and save manufacturing costs based on ZigBee technology.Through the analysis of the performance evaluation and design requirements of monitoring network of the rice sowing machine,this thesis relies on IAR integrated development environment for parts of software appliance's design and development,then determine the process of main program in the appliance,design and achieve the function of the host computer and the next machine program.It can further complete the design and construction of appliance parameter setting and display module,data storage and control module,as well as data transmission and alarm module.This thesis uses the analysis and experiment of monitoring appliance overall monitoring structure and the internal force of rice in the monitoring appliance to determine the choice of the sensor.And it also conducts the sensor coverage test and also completes the analysis of fixed parts working performance and influencing factors,design and optimize its important parameters simultaneously.This thesis designs to produce a laboratory-specific type of wheel-type seed metering device by analyzing the indoor test and field test to monitor appliance performance and uses it to complete the appliance monitoring accuracy of the test.Experiments show that the alarm average time of monitoring the blocking seed is 0.366s,the average time to release the alarm is 0.249s,and the average time to monitor the leakage alarm is 0.220s.It indicates that the appliance can monitor the passage of rice effectively,and has high sensitivity to issue alarm in time after reaching the preset delay value.Field test points out that in the actual planting environment,the number of effective monitoring of points can reach more than 97.6%,relative error can reach 2.50%,the rate of monitoring in effect can reach 98.08%,and the average monitoring rate is 83.71%.
