Through field test and the study of the effect of different fertilization Locations on soil nutrients and tobacco nutrition in the root zone,we can provide theoretical basis for reasonable fertilization in tobacco fields. In 2017,the test was conducted in Zunyi Zheng an Flue-cured Tobacco Technology Park,in which 7 treatments were set up: T1(control),T2(diameter 15cm),T3(diameter 20cm),T4(diameter 25cm),T5(P0),T6(K0)and T7(N0).Each treatment was repeated for 3 times. The effects of nitrogen, effective phosphorus, available potassium and nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium on the nutrient uptake and utilization of tobacco plants under different fertilization conditions were studied.1.The area diameter of fertilization area was in 15 cm,the soil effective nitrogen content of soil treated by depth 20 cm was lower than that of the control, and the fertilizer area was too small to reduce the effective nitrogen content of soil, and the effective nitrogen content of soil fertilized by the fertilizer area diameter 20-25 cm treatment was similar to that of the control;the fertilizer area was in the 15-25 cm diameter and the depth 20 cm soil available P content was higher than that of the control.According to the increase of fertilizing space,it showed that different fertilization Locations obviously improved the supply state of phosphorus nutrient, and could increase the content of available P in soil;the content of available K in soil decreased with the distance from the plant, and the content of available K in 5-10 cm soil increased. In general,T4 soil nutrient content is suitable for flue-cured tobacco growth and quality requirements, which is conducive to the balance between plant and soil supply and demand.2.The accumulation of dry matter in the upper part of flue-cured tobacco was greatly influenced by the diameter of Rhizosphere Fertilization. When the fertilizer diameter was 25 cm and deep 20 cm,the accumulation of dry matter in the flue cured tobacco increased by 17.78% at the end of the harvest, while the fertilizer diameter was 15-20 cm treatment significantly reduced the accumulation of dry matter in the flue cured tobacco and indicated the range of fertilizer diameter. It is still too small and is not conducive to the late growth and development of flue-cured tobacco.3.From the nutrient uptake of the top of the flue cured tobacco, the nitrogen absorption of the flue-cured tobacco was higher in the 25 cm and the depth of 20 cm,and the nitrogen accumulationafter the flat top was lower than that of the control;the nitrogen utilization rate was increased by 12.90% compared with the control;the phosphorus accretion amount of the upper part of the flue cured tobacco was always higher than that of the other treatments, and the utilization rate of phosphate fertilizer was 3.78% higher than that of the control.Potassium was higher than other treatments in 9 weeks, and the utilization rate of potash increased by 3.78%.The results showed that the 25 cm depth and 20 cm depth were favorable for the growth and nutrient uptake of flue-cured tobacco.4.When the diameter of fertilizer was in 25 cm and deep 20 cm,the yield, output value and the proportion of upper class tobacco were significantly higher than those of other treatments. The yield of flue-cured tobacco was up to 993kg/hm2,the output value was 24543 yuan /hm2,and the proportion of the upper grade tobacco was 47.38%.The experiment showed that when the fertilization area was too small, the soil nutrients decreased in the late growth period, the nutrient absorption of the flue-cured tobacco decreased, the fertilizer utilization rate decreased, the diameter of the fertilizer was 25 cm,the deep 20 cm was beneficial to the growth and development of the flue-cured tobacco, the nutrition absorption, and the effect of increasing the yield, quality and fertilizer utilization.
