In recent years,China’s domestic animal husbandry is increasingly unable to meet the rapidly increasing market demand,pork and other agricultural and sideline products are increasingly dependent on foreign imports.Its main reason is that pig farm equipment of our country is poor.The automatic and intelligent level need to improve.Resulting in our country raises pig industry scale inadequacy,development lags behind other countries seriously,in contrast,foreign scale pig farms in recent years a large number of liquid feeding system,not only can greatly reduce labor costs,increase production,can also help the pigs healthy growth,reduce the risk of the spread of disease.In order to promote the development of China’s aquaculture industry,meet the needs of expanding the scale of China’s livestock farms and reducing labor costs,this paper studies and develops an intelligent liquid feeding system based on the actual project.In this paper,a liquid feeding system based on STM32 was designed after the research status of liquid feeding system at home and abroad was investigated with embedded application technology.From the perspective of conveying scheme design and feeding precision control,after careful study of various feeding schemes,this paper proposes a Series-parallel compatible liquid feed conveying scheme,which can meet the needs of different scale farms.At the same time,this design on the premise of fully considering the system stability and anti-jamming ability,designed the STM32 as main control chip,the RS-485 communication,coordinating the communication module,data storage module,data export module and so on various modules of the hardware platform,and the various modules of the system are detailed analysis and software design,completed the development of the whole control system,and the control system is applied to the experimental platform,perfect the related functions.Finally aiming at the problem of insufficient control precision,this paper analyzes the filtering effect and memory consumption of several filtering methods such as limiting filtering,median filtering,arithmetic average filtering and recursive average filtering on random noise.As arithmetic average filtering has the best comprehensive performance,arithmetic average filtering is finally selected as the filtering algorithm of this system.Combined with the least squares method to construct linear model,we design a signal filtering and data to predict the accuracy of the control algorithm and greatly improve the transmission precision of the system.After the completion of the development of the whole system,this paper carried out a comprehensive test on the whole system,verified the reliability,practicability and feeding accuracy of the system,and reached the various indexes of the system requirements,which reflected the value of the liquid feeding system in the actual production,and could truly solve many problems of large-scale breeding enterprises.
