Microbial fertilizer replacing part of the fertilizer is an important way to achieve the reduction of chemical fertilizers. The four PGPR strains screened from the laboratory were used to produce single and compound liquid bacterial fertilizers.Through the pot experiment, the best combination of bacterial strains for the growth of alfalfa was selected. Then the biochar and the corn-core were used as the carrier to research and development in PGPR.By the plate counting method, the quality and suitable storage period were examined. And its effects of microbial fertilizer replacing parts of the chemical fertilizers on the growth and nutrient quality of alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)were studied by field experiment in field solid situation.1.The effect of different combinations of bacterial strains on potted alfalfa growthCompared with the control group without PGPR,the combination of single strain and mixed strain could promote the growth of alfalfa in different degrees, and the effect of C-7+MJM-11 fertilizer was significant(P<0.05).Compared with control, the height was increased by 23.19%,the root length was increased by 53.18%,the fresh weight on the ground was increased by 41.95%,the underground fresh weight was increased by20.53%,the dry weight on the ground was increased by 51.30%,and the underground dry weight was increased by 41.38%.From the aspect of nutritional quality, compared with control, the crude protein content was increased by 19.57%,and the crude fiber content was decreased by 13.43%.Phosphorus content was increased by 29.70%.2.The effects of the biochar PGPR solid fertilizer's partly replacement of chemical fertilizers on the growth and nutrient quality of alfalfa in soil conditionsThe effects of different treatments on the biomass(plant height and yield)and quality(crude protein and crude fiber)of alfalfa were studied by using different bacterial fertilizers instead of chemical fertilizers. The results showed that the plant height and yield of alfalfa were increased compared with the control. The quality of alfalfa was improved, and the biochar solid fertilizer C-7+MJM-11 was used to replace the 15%.And the height of alfalfa was increased by 12.09%and 20.65%respectively,and the total yield was 10820.88 kg/hm~2,which was 32.02%higher than that of the control. The crude protein content was increased by 21.88%and 21.48%respectively,which was 23.27%and 23.09%higher than that of the control. The crude fiber content was decreased by 28.38%and 28.57%,respectively,which was 11.95%and 12.20%lower than that of the control.3.The effects of the corn-core PGPR solid fertilizer's partly replacement of chemical fertilizers on the growth and nutrient quality of alfalfa in soil conditionsThe effects on different treatments on the biomass(plant height and yield)and quality(crude protein and crude fiber)of alfalfa were studied by using different fertilizers to replace the chemical fertilizers. The results showed that the plant height and yield of alfalfa were increased compared with the control. The quality of alfalfa was improved, and the effect of corn-core solid fertilizer C-7+MJM-11 on the effect of 15%fertilizer on alfalfa. The height of alfalfa was increased by 14.20%and 19.58%respectively,and the total yield was 10851.27 kg/hm~2,which was 32.39%higher than that of the control. The crude protein content was increased by 21.66%and 21.58%respectively,which was 22.03%and 23.66%higher than that of the control. The crude fiber content was decreased by 28.56%and 28.55%respectively,which was 11.41%and12.23%lower than that of the control.
