Study On Comprehensive Management Of Greening Projects In Villages

Project management is a workflow that is systematic and resourceful to work in order to achieve the best goals in many of the results.How the project logic of thinking is broadly applicable and can be applied to any other type of project.The landscaping project is a sub-item of the extension of the following items of the project.It can be subordinate to the landscape project.The village project is a sub-item of the extension of the following projects.In terms of the scale of investment Relatively small,in the construction process is relatively short,involved in the process mainly concentrated in the nursery stock cultivation and conservation,the need for flexible use of project management ideas,methods,technology.This article through the literature method,the relevant village of greening project data to sort out the formation of a more systematic logical thinking,and with reference to the characteristics of landscaping project,the L Township on the village Tuen greening project focused analysis and discussion,such as village Greening project progress management,nursery stock cultivation quality management,how to co-ordinate the cost of the whole,and then remove the personality,refining the Tuen green project common and experience,in particular,to extract the village project common note.The innovation of this paper has two aspects:one is the small topic is worth studying,the small village green project according to the project management knowledge of carding and analysis,both set aside some unrealistic requirements index,practical and in-depth study of some feasible management elements in villages in the implementation of greening projects,provide some the reference for the construction of township greening projects;two is the full of the spirit of seeking truth from facts and care of rural construction of cultural atmosphere,not only consider the scientific project management,and the necessary atmosphere rural customs and geographical environment factors analysis,to explore the construction and management of local rural greening project.This paper is based on accumulated experience in the practice of my years on the screen and at the same time a large number of literature references,a research summary and sublimation out carefully,with a certain degree of reference value for the villages in Guangdong and Guangxi region or in Karst landform areas rural greening project.
