This test is designed to add different levels of Glucose Oxidase to duck's feedstuff to research its impact of production performance and the immune performance on meat ducks,explore the mechanism of action,and clear appropriate adding amount of glucose oxidase in duck's feedstufft,in order to providing theoretical basis for the application of glucose oxidase in fees production.Test:Study of effects of glucose oxidase on growth promoting and immune protection in meat ducks.One hundred and eighty one-day-old healthy cherry valley meat ducks is divided into three treatments with four replicates of fourty.Test is divided into two stages,1-21d and 22-39d.Treatment 1 as the control group and ducks were fed general feedstuff without glucose oxidase;2,ducks were fed general feedstuff that added 150mg/kg glucose oxidase;3,ducks were fed general feedstuff that added 200mg/kg glucose oxidase.The results showed that:duck feedstuff with glucose oxidasediets could obviously promote duck weight gain,improve food intake and survival rate,and reduce feed conversion ratio(P<0.05);redcue content of total cholesterol in blood(P<0.05);increase the amount of bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in intestinal and reduce the amount of Escherichia coliin intestinal(P<0.05);raise the thymus index and bursal index(P<0.05);enhance apparent digestion ate of crude protein and crude fat in diet and apparent metabolic rate of energy(P<0.05).To sum up:glucose oxidase added in duck feedstuff could improve the production of cherry valley ducks,promote intestinal health and enhance the body immunity.
