In this paper, two experiments were carried out to study the effects of probiotic bacteria(the main components are lactic acid bacteria,Bacillus, yeast and their metabolites)on brooder growth, growth performance and intestinal morphology of high-quality broiler breeder,Egg laying performance, egg quality and blood biochemical indicators for the rational use of probiotics in the production of breeders to provide a scientific basis.1.Effects of Probiotics on the Growth Performance and Intestinal Morphology of Broilers during Breeding and Growing Period of High Quality Broilers.A total of 480 healthy 1-day-old Y-broiler chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 120 in each group, with 3 replicates in each group. There were 40 replicates in each group, with no significant differences in weight between treatments(P>0.05).The control group(group A)fed the basal diet. The basal diets of the experimental group were supplemented with 0.1%(group B),0.5%(group C)and 1%(group D)probiotics respectively. The test period was 70 days.Record the daily feed, remaining amount and deaths of the experimental chickens.Ten chickens were randomly weighed in each replicate group on the weekends to calculate the average daily feed intake, the average daily gain, the feed-weight ratio and the mortality rate;On the 42nd and the 70th day,one group of chickens was randomly selected from each replicate group for slaughter. The abdominal cavity was dissected and the digestive tract was taken out.The lengths of the duodenum, jejunum and ileum were measured and cut into 1cm sections respectively to make paraffin Slice for observation. The results showed that:(1)Growth performance:At 42 days old, there was significant difference between the initial weights(P<0.05).The final weights and average daily gain of groups C and D were significantly higher than those of groups A and B(P<0.05)The average daily feed intake of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and D(P<0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.05)between group C and group C,with the lowest in group C;The average daily gain of group C and D was significantly different from that of group A and B(P<0.05)at the age of 70 days. There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05),The average daily feed intake and mortality of each group were not significantly different(P>0.05).The feed-weight ratio of group C was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).(2)The length of small intestine was 42 days. There was no significant difference in the length of duodenum, jejunum and ileum between groups(P>0.05).At 70 days of age,the duodenum length in groups B,C and D was significantly different from that in group A(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the length of jejunum among groups(P>0.05)Compared with the control group, the length was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).(3)At 42 days, the villus length and V/C of duodenum, jejunum and ileum in group C were significantly different from those in group A(P<0.05).The crypt depth of ileum in group D was significantly higher than that in group A Group difference was significant(P<0.05);The age, crypt depth and V/C of duodenum in group C and group D were significantly different from those in group A and B(P<0.05)at 70 days of age.The length of jejunum villus, depth of crypt and V(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ileum villus length between groups(P>0.05).The values of crypt depth and V/C values of B,C,Group difference was significant(P<0.05).The results showed that adding probiotics into broiler breeder fed broiler breeder could increase the average daily gain, reduce the weight-to-weight ratio, and it was more suitable to add 0.5%.Meanwhile,it had a certain influence on the length of small intestine and the morphology of small intestine.2.Effects of Probiotics on Egg Laying Performance,Egg Quality and Serum Biochemical Indexes of High Quality Broiler Breeder.A total of 160 healthy Y-broiler breeders aged 140 days were randomly divided into 4 groups with 40 in each group, with 4 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each group. There was no significant difference in body weight between treatments(P>0.05).The control group(group A)fed the basal diet. The basal diet of test group was supplemented with 0.1%(group B),0.5%(group C)and 1%(group D)probiotics respectively for 160 days. The weekly egg production, egg weight and feed consumption of each replicate group were recorded on a week-by-week basis. The average daily feed consumption, egg yield, feed egg ratio, average egg weight And other data;three days before the end of the experiment, each repeat group randomly selected three eggs a day for three consecutive days,a total of 36 pieces of each group, the determination of egg quality;at the end of the trial period, each repeated randomly selected a chicken,Winged vein blood 5ml,serum separation, the use of automatic biochemical analyzer, serum biochemical indicators. The results showed that:(1)The egg production rate of each group was significantly different, the average egg weight of B,C and D groups were significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05)(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake was not significantly different among the three groups(P>0.05).The laying rate of C and D groups with soft shell breaking rate was significantly lower than that of A and B groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between each group(P>0.05).(2)In egg quality, the average egg weight in groups C and D was significantly higher than that in groups A and B(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in egg shape index(P>0.05)between groups C and D Eggshell thickness was significantly different from that of the A and B groups(P<0.05),while the eggshell thickness of the B,C and D groups was significantly higher than that of the A group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between group A and group B(P<0.05).The difference between group H and C was significant(P<0.05).(3)Serum biochemical indexes:The albumin concentrations in groups C and D were higher than those in group A(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in total protein and globulin between groups(P>0.05);the Alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase concentration C,D group was higher than A group(P<0.05).The concentrations of high density lipoprotein in group C and group D were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05),and the levels of low density lipoprotein C and D in group C were significantly lower than those in group A and B(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the three groups about triglyceride(P<0.05).The total cholesterol content in group C and D was significantly lower than that in group A and B(P<0.05).The results showed that adding probiotics to the laying hens could improve the egg laying performance of the broiler breeder and the quality of the chicken breeder. At the same time, the breeder's serum biochemical indexes were improved to ensure the breeder's health.Probiotics suitable dosage 0.5%.
