Most of the microecological preparations used in the production are exogenous viable preparations.Subsequent studies have found that oligosaccharides can selectively increase the proliferation of probiotic flora in the intestine of animals,similar to the probiotic effect of viable preparations.Functional oligosaccharides cannot be digested directly in the gastrointestinal tract of animals,but can be used by intestinal probiotics,but also inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria,and thus animal gastrointestinal microflora,immune function,etc.have an important impact.The Plant polysaccharides are rich in nutrients and active substances,with antibacterial,anti-virus,anti-oxidation,improve the body's immune function and other functions,the health of the body great benefit.In recent years,the development of animal husbandry in China has made remarkable achievements,but the attendant drug residues and other issues also seriously affect the consumption of animal products and export,research and development of mixed probiotics additives in recent years,one of the direction of livestock and poultry research.In view of the previous studies,this research studied the beneficial effects of xylooligosaccharides(XOS)and Taishan pinu smassoniana pollen polysaccharides(TPPPS)on Lactobacillus plantarum in vitro.It was found that the number of colonies increased with20mg/mLXOS and 50mg/mLTPPPS after adding Lactobacillus plantarum.And the number of viable bacteria was higher than that of other adding groups after adding 20mg/mLXOS and50mg/mLTPPPS in medium with pH = 5 or higher.Lactobacillus plantarum was not affected in the simulated gastric juice for 1 h,and the number of viable cells was decreased by about10% after 3 h culture.The number of viable cells was not changed at 3 h after artificial simulated intestinal fluid.The results showed that Lactobacillus plantarum had probiotic characteristics,and the effect of adding 20mg/mLXOS and 50mg/mLTPPPS was better,and it could further study its application in animal nutrition and diets effect.Kunming miceweighted of about 25 g wereselected and randomly divided into 5 groups.Group I(XOS + TPPPS + LP),group II(XOS + LP),group III(TPPPS + LP),group IV(SA+ SP)and group V(PBS).Each group of mice was given 1 mL of water per day.The trial period is 28 days.Three mice were randomly selected for each group at weeks 7,14,21 and28 d for fasting weighing.After the mice were sacrificed,the cecum was collected and weighed,and the intestinal tissue was collected to analyze the intestinal villi development.The results showed that group I and II were significantly higher in group III,group IV and group V.There was no significant difference between group I and group II,and the growthperformance of group I was the best.In the intestinal morphological indicators,the compound probiotics can significantly improve the length of the duodenum villi.75meat rabbits weighted of about 1.2kg wereselected and randomly divided into 5groups.Group I(XOS + TPPPS + LP),group II(XOS + LP),group III(TPPPS + LP),group IV(SA + SP)and group V(PBS).The average daily gain(ADG)and mean daily feed intake(ADFI)were calculated for each group at day 0,7,14,21,28 and 35 d,and the feed was calculated Conversion rate(F / G).The total protein and cholesterol contents in serum were measured at 7,14,21,28 and 35 days,and the immune organs index which includethe liver and spleenwas measured after sacrificingthe meat rabbit.The number of viable cells of Lactobacillus plantarum and Escherichia coli was detected by sterile collection of cecal contents.The morphology of duodenal tissue was collected and the development status of intestinal villi was analyzed.The results showed that the above indexes of group I(XOS +TPPPS + LP)were significantly improved,andthe immunological index and duodenal morphology of group I were significantly higher than those of other groups in the whole trial period(P < 0.05).In the determination of biochemical properties,the indexes of group I were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the microecological could increase the daily gain and the ratio of meat to meat,and improve the immunity of the body,facilitate the survival and reproduction of intestinal probiotics,promote the development of small intestine villi and improve the steady state of intestinal environment.
