Investigation Of Dairy Cattle Brucellosis And Tuberculosis In Qinghai Haidong Region

Bovine Brucellosis and Tuberculosis are collectively referred to as "two cow disease",The state attaches great importance to the monitoring and purification of "two diseases",to finally prevent,control and eliminate the cow "two disease" is very important to ensure the development of animal husbandry and people's health.The principal purpose of this study is to investigate bovine brucellosis and tuberculosis during 2009-2015 in Qinghai Haidong Region,using Rose Bengal plate agglutination test,Tube Agglutination test,Mycobacterium intradermal allergy test and epidemiological investigation,aimed at producing a scientific support for the prevention and control of “two disease”.The study invested the Brucellosis of dairy cattle of in Qinghai Haidong Region in2015 through Rose Bengal plate agglutination test and Tube Agglutination test,and surveyed the epidemic situation of brucellosis in Qinghai Haidong Region in 2009 to 2015 through the epidemiological investigation;The Rose Bengal plate agglutination test showed 89 was positive in 3270 serum examined,Tube Agglutination test results show 79 was positive in3270 serum examined,3 was suspected;The positive rate of Brucellosis test showed a downward trend in 2009 ~2015 and a slight rebound Since 2013.This research surveyed the Tuberculosis of cows in Qinghai Haidong Region in 2015 through intradermal allergic reaction test of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,and invested the epidemic situation of Bovine Tuberculosis in Qinghai Haidong Region in 2009 to 2015 through the epidemiological investigation;The PPD test results showed 40 cow was positive in 3270 cows examined,the positive rate was 1.22%;The positive rate of Cow tuberculosis test showed a downward trend in 2009~2015 and a slight rebound in the past two years.The monitoring results over the years and the actual investigation showed that the infection rate of cows Brucellosis rebound in Qinghai Haidong region,and the Tuberculosis has not been effectively controlled,this not only threaten the health of consumers,also affect the sustainable development of animal husbandry.Aiming at problems of increasing social demand for dairy products,expanding the scale of dairy cattle feeding,frequent transactions in recent years and sick quarantine of livestock in transportation field,low culling subsidy costs for positive dairy cattle,a proposal of comprehensive prevention and control measures of immunity,quarantine,monitoring,disinfection,and strict culling of infected animals,and supervision in circulation link etc are offered,to make sure that the "two disease" of dairy cattle in Qinghai Haidong region are further controlled.
