The Minqin oasis area is a typical temperate arid desert climate zone,Soil desertification,soil physical and chemical properties,soil microbial communities and soil carbon emissions,as well as soil carbon emissions,are emerging for a long time.On the basis of two years' field location test,the dynamic changes of soil respiration rate in different growth periods(seedling,heading and mature period)were measured by LI-8100 soil carbon flux measurement system,and 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm soil samples were taken to determine the soil enzyme activity and soil basic nutrient content,and the Minqin desert green was studied.The dynamic changes of soil respiration rate and the relationship between soil respiration rate and soil enzyme activity under no tillage,Mini tillage,Sub tillage and Fall tillage,provide theoretical basis and basic data for the healthy development of farmland ecosystem in Minqin Oasis and the low consumption and efficient farming methods of agricultural soil selection.The results of the study are as follows: 1.In the 0-20 cm soil layer,the soil nutrient content(except effective phosphorus content)in the 3 growth period of summer maize showed that the heading stage > emergence period > mature period;different soil layers showed that the content of 0-20 cm soil layer was higher than that of 20-40 cm,and the soil nutrient content(except effective phosphorus content)among different tillage ways was the protective tillage.In traditional farming;2.The activity of soil enzyme in the 3 growth periods,urease,alkaline phosphatase and catalase activity reached the maximum in the mature period.Soil alkaline phosphatase,invertase and beta glucosidase were all in the three periods of 0-20 cm content higher than 20-40 cm content,protease was only in the emergence period of the law;under cultivation,0-20 cm soil The content of protective tillage of soil catalase and urease at the seedling and heading stage was higher than that of traditional tillage,and the content of protease protected cultivation in seedling and mature period was higher than that of traditional tillage.3.Soil respiration in the Minqin desert oasis area has typical daily dynamic change characteristics.The daily change of soil respiration rate of 4 tillage measures is single peak curve in the whole growth period of maize,and the soil respiration rate under different tillage methods is autumn > little tillage > deep pine > no tillage,which shows that traditional tillage obviously accelerates the soil of corn farmland.The release of carbon.4.No tillage,yield,effective panicle number and grain number per spike were significantly higher than those of subsoiling,less tillage and autumn ploughing,but the 1000 grain weight of traditional tillage was significantly greater than that of conservation tillage.5.The correlation analysis showed that soil urease,invertase,protease,catalase,and beta glucosidase activity had a good correlation with soil respiration(P < 0.05),and the activity of catalase,urease and invertase reached a very significant level(P < 0.01),and the soil nutrient content was positively correlated with soil respiration rate(P < 0.05),the activity of organic carbon and 6 enzymes reached a significant level(P < 0.05);organic carbon,urease,invertase and corn yield reached a very significant level(P < 0.01).
