As a key equipment for mechanization of modern agricultural mechanizatio n,in the process of development in the direction of precision,high speed,preci sion and automation.At present,the stable operation speed of the opener is not matched with the speed of the sowing operation.As the operating speed increas es,there are problems such as increased ditching resistance,increased soil distu rbance,and reduced seeding quality,which restricts the rapid development of th e planter.In view of the above problems,this paper selects the duckbill opener with no wings and narrow width as objects.Through the research on the mutual mo vement process between the duckbill opener and the soil,the dynamic model of the operationing resistance is established by the segmentation method,and the i nfluence factors of the ditch resistance are analyzed.Using the finite element a nalysis software and orthogonal experiment design technology,the ditching proc esswas simulated and theoretically was analyzed,which verified the correctness of the resistance model and laid a theoretical foundation for the optimization of the structural parameters of the duckbill opener.Through a single-factor test to explore the influence of various structural parameters of opener on the workingr esistance and the initial range of the structural parameters was obtained.Throug h the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation combination experiment,the comp rehensive effect of the structure parameters of the duckbill opener on the operat ing resistance was investigated,and the optimal combination of structural param eters was obtained with a small working resistance.The optimized duckbill opener and original parameter opener were selected for indoor soil tank test.By comparing the simulation results with the soil tan k test results,the feasibility of using finite element method to optimize the stru cture parameters of opener is verified.Through the ditching test of the opener under different operating speeds an d working depth conditions,the working resistance,lateral spill throwing distanc e and ditching depth information during the opener ditching process are obtaine d.The sowing test was conducted on the opener to obtain the depth of sowingand spacing information at different operating speed.On this basis,the opener's force reduction performance,depth of ditch stability,soil disturbance,unifor mity of planting depth,and uniformity of plant spacing were compared and eva luated.In this way,a comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the open er is completed.
