With the flourishing development of the Artemisia industry and the increasing popularity of automation,the processing of Artemisia is an important challenge for the production and development of the Artemisia industry,and it is also a difficult problem for many research projects on stem removal from leaf petiole plants.This subject obtains the optimization speed interval through the physical experiment,then carries on the frame modal analysis and the dynamic simulation analysis,has obtained the defoliation element parameter combination with the good deleaching effect.The research of this subject has solved the problem of low efficiency and high impurity rate of Artemisia worm defoliation to a certain extent.It can greatly promote the development of Artemisia industry,and it also provides a theoretical basis for leaf removal of petiole plants with similar Artemisia.And practical guidance.In this paper,the Artemisia defoliation test bench was used to perform physical simulation experiments on the influencing factors of Artemisia defoliation quality(feeding roller rotation speed,detaching roller rotation speed,number of detaching roller sets,etc.),and a mathematical model was established for mathematical data.Statistical analysis was conducted to establish a relationship curve between defoliation quality and single factor influencing factors.Variance analysis and regression analysis were performed.Significant tests were performed to obtain an optimized speed range.In addition,the secondary screening of Artemisia after leaf removal further reduces the impurity content.Combine the mechanical analysis software ANSYS to do the modal analysis to the entire frame,obtain each step mode and dangerous stress area,and combine the optimized intervals of each roller obtained by the physical experiment to verify the rationality and safety of the design of each roller rotation speed.The resulting hazardous area has a very important guiding role for structural design and equipment development.Finally,in addition to the speed of the defoliation quality has a greater impact on the Artemisia defoliation mechanism analysis and analysis of the relevant de-leaf theory of the study,the defoliation element parameters have a direct impact on the defoliation quality,through The analysis of the defoliation mechanism of the Artemisia and the force analysis confirmed this conjecture.The buckling force of the defoliation element was directly related to the parameters such as the length,diameter,and material of the defoliation element.The kinematics simulation analysis software ADAMS was applied to the AI.The defoliation process of grass was analyzed by kinematics simulation,and the parameter combination with the most ideal impurity content was obtained.
