Armillaria is used as a medicinal and edible fungus, who recalled hazel mushroom, easily grow in the hazelnut on the post.Because of the symbiotic relationship between Armillaria and Polyporus umbellatus or Gastrodia elata, wood infected with Armillaria fungi are commonly used in the cultivation of two kinds of rare medicinal fungi to promote the growth and development of fruiting bodies,so that the cultivation of the wood infected with Armillaria is becoming more and more important.Based on the study of the culture characteristics, characteristics of cryobiology and field fungus growth characteristics of Armillaria, the effects of Armillaria on the degradation of hazelnut were studied by comparing the composition of the health hazelnut and hazelnut infected by Armillaria. This provides a theoretical basis for the cultivation of the wood infected with Armillaria and the cultivation of Armillaria. The main contents are as follows:1.The screening of rhizomorph and mycelium medium of Armillaria. The culture of Armillaria was carried out using the culture medium with different nutrition composition. The rhizomorph and mycelium medium of Armillaria were screened by measuring the growth rate of rhizomorph and the growth rate of mycelium. The results showed that the medium suitable for the rhizomorph growth of Armillaria was PDA medium, and the medium suitable for the mycelium growth of Armillaria was ZD medium?Formula:sucrose 20g,peptone 5g,KH2PO43g,MgSO4 1.5g?.2.Studies on low temperature biology and situation of germination in field of Armillaria. The low temperature biological characteristics of Armillaria were studied by measuring the growth rate of rhizomorph and mycelium of Armillaria growth at 1?,4?,6?and 8?.It was found that rhizomorph of Armillaria was not formed, but in different low temperature conditions, mycelium of Armillaria has different degrees of growth. The test of germination in field of Armillaria, found that Armillaria can colonize in hazelnut and form a dark red mature rhizomorph on the surface of hazelnut.3.The study on degradation of compositions of hazelnut. The method of FTIR was used to compare the contents of Corylus heterophylla and the degradation of Armillaria at different degradation times. It was found that the mainly structure was destroyed by Armillaria are carbonyl?C=O?structure of calcium oxalate monohydrate?COM?,the methylene group?-CH2?structure of cellulose and the C=O structure of lignin in hazelwood. The order of degradation was calcium oxalate monohydrate, cellulose and lignin, and the degradation degree increased with the increase of degradation time.4.Effects of Armillaria on the Ping'ou hazelnut?Corylus heterophyllaŚCorylus avellana?fungi community.By comparing the fungal composition of health hazelnut, hazelnut infected by Armillaria and pruning hazelnut,it was found that the number of fungi genus was decreased after infection with Armillaria, the number of fungal genus isolates in phloem was significantly higher than that of the xylem in the three materials, and the fungal diversity of hazelnut become richer after loss of water in pruning hazelnut.5.A description of the new record species in China.A new record species in China was obtained during the study of the fungi community composition of the three-year-old xylem of hazelnut. It was identified as Melanospora damnosa?Sacc.?Lindau by morphological and molecular biological methods. In this paper, the morphological characteristics of the species were described, and the phylogenetic tree was constructed according to its ITS gene sequence.
