In order to prevent Bactrocera minax(Enderlein),this research sifts and investigates the formula-optimized insecticide with respect to Enderlein adults and improves trapping and killing devices of Enderlein adults.We did 6 rounds of experiment in 2015 and 2016.Among them,we did 1 round of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by attractant insecticides in the field of 2015 and 1round of experiment of rapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by spherical trapping and killing devices of 2015;we did 2 rounds of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by attractant insecticide in the laboratory of 2016,1 round of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by attractant insecticide in the field and 1round of experiment of rapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by different kinds of trapping and killing devices of 2016.The results are as follows:(1)We did 1 round of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by attractant insecticide in the field of 2015 and assay results were as followed:Attractant insecticide consist of brown sugar 20.0 g,acetic acid 5.0 m L,ethyl alcohol 3.0 m L,ethyl acetate 6.0 m L,D-limonene 1.0 m L,10% Cyhalothrin Microemulsion 0.15 m L,distilled water 100.0 m L could attract and kill much Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)than Great agent(30 g Great mixed with 100 m L distilled water)or dipterex agent.(2)We did 1 round of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by spherical trapping and killing devices in the field of 2015 and assay results were as followed:Among the diameter of 55 mm,65 mm,75 mm,85 mm,95 mm of spherical trapping and killing devices,devices those diameter were 65 mm could attract and kill much Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)(29.00%)than the others:55 mm(17.32%),75 mm(21.53%),85 mm(19.91%),95 mm(10.82%).(3)In order to improve the trapping ability of attractant insecticide against Bactrocera minax(Enderlein),this research sifted and investigated the formula-optimized insecticide with respect to Enderlein adults using uniform design(UD)and support vector regression(SVR) by Y-tube olfactometer experiment.In the round of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by spherical trapping and killing devices in the field of 2015,after two-round indoor selection and optimization,the trapping efficiency achieved 26.7% increase(from 50% to 76.7%)and the optimization effect was obvious.It was found that limonene,citric acid and acetic acid played more important roles in lure component according to single-factor effect analysis.The optimal amounts of unit formula(defined by 100 ml water solvent)were 1.5 m L,1.0 g and 1.0 m L separately.The result of 1 round of experiment of trapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by attractant insecticide in the field verified the correctness of the result of experiment in the laboratory.(4)We took the attractive parts of attractant insecticides which were screened in the experiment in the laboratory as the attractive parts of spherical trapping and killing devices those diameters of 65 mm.And the result of the round of experiment of rapping and killing of Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)by different kinds of trapping and killing devices of 2016 were as follows:spherical trapping and killing devices those diameters of 65 mm could attract much Bactrocera minax(Enderlein)(68.22%)than normal spherical trapping and killing devices on the market(20.55%)and trap templates(11.23%).
