Kiwifruit(Actinidia chinensis Planch)belongs to the genus Actinidia Actinidia chinensis Planch.In the case of natural pollination,the fruit is easily affected by the high temperature and rainy period affect the environment,leading to inadequate pollination,ultimately affect the fruit quality,it is necessary to ensure pollination effect of kiwifruit and fruit quality by artificial pollination.The method generally used in the production of artificial points granted by artificial pollination,its time-consuming,is not conducive to the use of a large area.The liquid pollination technology of high efficiency can saving pollen,easy production and application.Therefore,the research of Actinidia efficient liquid pollination technology,has a certain guiding significance to improve the efficiency of kiwifruit pollination,fruit quality.This experiment is carried out in the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University experimental station of Kiwifruit in Meixian,selection of kiwifruit variety "Hayward","Xuxiang" as the experimental materials,with artificial points pollination as control,the test method of analysis and field comprehensive test laboratory,preparation of suspension liquid on Kiwifruit pollen,effects of different days after pollination effects of different pollination,and liquid stabilizer,different pollen concentration and sucrose content in the fruit rate and fruit quality were studied,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of kiwi fruit quality of kiwifruit liquid pollination technique and enhance the kiwifruit industry in China’s further development.The results are as follows:(1)Pollen suspension mainly consider two aspects of stability and pollen viability,have different influence on the stability and activity of pollen of different type and concentration of stabilizer on pollen suspension.The stability of pollen suspension added carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and Arabia gum is good,high concentration of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium,Arabia gum and Twain-20 added on the activity of pollen suspension has certain inhibitory action.Treatment of pollen suspension in 0.02% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was 56.53%,the highest pollen viability,pollen concentration and its standard deviation is 134886.78,followed by 0.20% agar pollen viability was 40.42%,the pollen concentration and the standard deviation is 201556.44.According to the stability and pollen vitality of the pollen suspensions,the treatment of 10% sucrose +0.01% boric acid +0.02% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium +0.1% pollen and 10% sucrose +0.01% boric acid +0.2% agar +0.1% pollen is more suitable.(2)Effects of pollination in different period of Xuxiang and Hayward are remarkable.Xuxiang,Hayward and the fruit setting rate of fruit weight,seed number as the number of days over a regular first increased and then decreased,the decline rate Xuxiang is bigger than Hayward,there is no obvious regularity in hardness,soluble solid content and fruit shape index.Xuxiang and Hayward in the 1~3 days after the flowering fruit setting rate reaches above 90.51%,fruit weight and seed number higher,pollination effect is ideal.Therefore,in production,as far as possible to ensure that within 1~3 days after pollination in the flowering period of this range,in order to better ensure the pollination effect.(3)In liquid pollination,Xuxiang 0.02% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium +0.15% pollen +5% sucrose is best,the fruit setting rate was 89.67%,78.51 g of weight,seed number 921,in the same stabilizer case,the higher the concentration of pollen,fruit setting rate is high,but the fruit weight and seed number did not increase with the addition of pollen Increased.Xuxiang fruit abdomen hardness is slightly higher than the shoulder hardness,fruit stalk soluble solid was slightly higher than that of blossom end sugar.The best Heywood 0.02% carboxymethyl cellulose sodium +0.10% pollen +1% sucrose,the fruit setting rate was 99.48%,the weight is 98.88 g,the number of seeds was 1171,in the same stabilizer case,sucrose concentration,fruit weight,seed number reduced.Hayward fruit abdomen hardness is slightly higher than the shoulder hardness,fruit stalk soluble solid slightly lower than the end of blossom end sugar.The fruit setting rate,single fruit weight and seed number of Xuxiang and Hayward were different from those of the control group or the control group,indicating that the liquid pollination effect was different from artificial points or slightly higher than the artificial point,but the liquid pollination was only 55 min per mu per mu,and the efficiency of the liquid pollination was improved by the relative artificial point.It is quite large and has great significance for pollination on a large scale.
