Study On Detection Methods Of Pesticide Residues Of Jujube

In this paper,the extraction methods,purification conditions,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detection methods and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection methods for pesticide residues in jujube were compared and established.A solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)was established.Method for determination of 62 pesticide residues in jujube and determination of 57 pesticide residues in jujube by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with solid phase extraction.The main findings of this paper are as follows:1.Solid phase extraction-HPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of 62 pesticide residues in jujube.The correlation coefficients of 62 pesticides were all greater than 0.991 in their respective linear ranges;the limit of quantitation(in terms of S/N?10)was?10 ?g/kg in the red dates matrix.At 3 spiked levels(1,2,and 4 times the limit of quantification),the recoveries ranged from 68.7% to 110.8% in the jujube matrix,and the RSD ranged from 2.9%to 16.9%.2.Solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)method for the determination of 57 pesticide residues in jujube.The correlation coefficients of 57 pesticides were greater than 0.991 in each white linear range.The limit of quantification(in terms of S/N?10)in the jujube matrix was?10 ?g/kg,with 10,50,100 ?g/kg for at the spiked level.The recoveries ranged from 68.8% to 89.6% in the red dates matrix and RSDs ranged from 3.4% to 16.5%.The quantitative limit,recovery and precision of the method all met the requirement of trace analysis.Analysis of pesticide residues in jujube.3.The two methods described above have high sensitivity and good repeatability.The detection limit can meet the domestic and international requirements for the maximum amount of pesticide residues.It is suitable for the determination of pesticide residues in red dates.
