Clinical Observation Of Yiyuan Jiang Zhuo Huayu Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Renal Failure During Decompensation Stage(Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Yiyuan Jiang Zhuo Huayu Decoction on the clinical symptoms of patients with decompensated chronic renal failure(spleen kidney qi deficiency and turbid stasis syndrome)and clinical efficacy of laboratory indicators.Methods:The subjects selected from March 2018 to December 2018,and in the inpatient patients of the second affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese medicine,70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into two groups according to the Stochastic number table,35 cases in the control team and 35 cases in the test group.In the control group,the basic treatment of Western medicine was used,and the test team used the combination of Yiqi to reduce turbid blood stasis on the basis of Western medicine,and the treatment period was 8 weeks,and the evaluation of the curative effect and safety index of TCM syndromes before and after treatment was observed in the two groups.Results:(1)during the clinical observation,4 cases in the experimental group fell off,and 2 cases in the treatment group fell off,and 64 cases(31 cases in the experi mental group and 33 cases in the treatment group)were completed.There was no si gnificant difference in gender,age,pathological type,Scr,BUN,GFR,TG,CHOL an d TCM syndrome score between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)TCM syndromes points:The total effective rate of TCM syndrome scores in the two groups was 90.32%in the experimental group and 66.67%in the control group.The experimental group was superior to the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P=0.032<0.05).In the group before and after treatment,the syndrome scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups was better than that of the control group(12.29±3.60 vs 15.42±4.84,P<0.05);compared with the symptoms of the two groups after treatment,the test group had fatigue,lack of appetite,nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension and stickiness in the mouth compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the complexion was dull.There was no significant difference between the two groups in low back pain(P>0.05).(3)Efficacy indicators:comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,Scr,BUN treatment was lower than before treatment,GFR was higher than before treatment,the test group efficacy index Scr,BUN decreased significantly,GFR increased significantly(P<0.05);After treatment,the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).The intra-group comparison of TG and CHOL before and after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the test group decreased significantly.There was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that Yiyuan was turbid.To a certain extent,Huayufang can reduce the level of TG and CHOL indicators.(4)Safety indicators:there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(ALT,AST,K~+P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05),so Yiyuan Jiangzhuo Huayu prescription for liver function,K~+no significant effect,no adverse side effects.Conclusion:The treatment of chronic renal failure in decompensated period(spleen and kidney qi deficiency and stasis syndrome)was significantly improved,and the clinical symptoms,renal function and blood lipids were reduced,and the progression of renal course was delayed.Huayu Fang Yi Yuan Jiangzhuo clinically safe and effective treatment,no adverse reactions.
