| Object:Observe the impact of the nephritis rats with adriamycin T lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, CD8 with Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules,and explore its mechanism preliminarily.Method:Using one-time intravenous injection of doxorubicin manufacturing gl omerulonephritis model,randomly divided into control group,Model group,Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules group and Lotensin group.After the modeling 4 weeks,detect r at urinary albumin/creatinine ratio in urine, serum albumin, serum triglyceride s, total cholesterol, T lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, CD8 and the ratio of the l ight microscope pathological changes in rat kidney.Result:1.Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules could significantly improve the general state of rats with adriamycin.2.After 4 weeks Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules group,Lotensin rat urine micro albumin/creatinine ratio in urine was significantly l ower than the Model(P<0.05),Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules group were decreased sig nificantly compared with Lotensin group(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks,the total chole sterol and triglyceride levels of Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules group were lower t han the Model(P<0.05),serum albumin levels than Model group increased(P<0.05).4.After 4 weeks CD3, CD4,CD4/CD8 ratio of Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules group and Lo tensin group was significantly higher than the Model group(P<0.01),CD8 signific antly decreased(P<0.05),CD3, CD4,CD4/CD8 ratio of Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules gr oup was significantly higher than the Lotensin group(P<0.05),CD8 significantly decreased(P<0.05).5.Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules can be improved to a certain ext ent adriamycin rat kidney damage.Conclusion:1.Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules can improve the consumed symptoms o f the nephritis rats with adriamycin.2.Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules can reduce ur inary protein excretion of the nephritis rats with adriamycin.3.By increase in rats with adriamycin CD3,CD4,?CD4/CD8 ratios,lower CD8 ratios,Shen Yan Xiao Bai granules can improve the immune status of adriamycin nephropathy. |
