Clinical Study On The Gu Ben Run Chang Gao In The Treatment Of Spleen-kidney Deficiency Constipation Of The Effect Of Vasoactive Intestinal Peptide And Substance P

ObjectiveTo observe the vasoactive intestinal peptide and substance P of spleen-kidney deficiency constipation treated by Gu Ben Run Chang Gao,comparing the results with the efficacy of Prucalopridel. By analyzing the clinical advantages,provide a scientific basis for its clinical applications,and strive to explore a more safe, rapid, effective methods of clinical treatment.MethodsSelect100 patients met the criteria for the diagnosis of constipation of spleen-kidney deficiency.The collected patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group have 50 patients while control group 50 cases. Two groups in age,gender,duration of treatment and disease level classification was no significant difference(P>0.05) comparable.The treatment group was treated with Gu Ben Run Chang Gao,20 ml tid swallow with warm water,the control group with Prucalopridel,1mg every night.twenty-eight days for a course,The whole courses were eighty-four days and the post-treatment follow-up would be in the next 1 month,and observe to the changes of the improvement of symptoms after treatment.Observe the efficiency of two groups.Clinical index:observe the frequency of defecation every week and the time of every defecation during two groups take medicine.Laboratory index:phlebotomize 6ml of every parents(liquaemin anticoagulation) by clean cuvettes at the first day of next course of treatment and the last day before take medicine,draw serum put in-80?refrigerator after eccentric 15 min by 3000r/min,consolidate test the content of vasoactive intestinal peptide and substance P,and record magnitude.Imaging index:Colonic transmission experiment:make colonic transmission experiments before take medicine,re-examination after stop the medicine for three days,observe the change after treatment.All the results were analyzed by t test.Imaging improvement rate used the chi square test,P<0.5the difference was significance.This research used the SPSS17.0 version of medical statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultsThe treatment group compared with the control group,such as vasoactive intestinal peptide,substance P,the frequency of defecation every week and the time of every defecation during two groups take medicine,colonic transmission experiment,symptom integral in traditional Chinese medicine,and the recurrence rate:P less than0.05 or 0.01.The two groups were not found significant adverse events during treatment.So the study was effective and safe.ConclusionAt the curative effect of spleen-kidney deficiency constipation,Gu Ben Run Chang Gao was superior than the Prucalopridel,improve clinical symptoms obviously.The outcome of laboratory illustrate that Gu Ben Run Chang Gao was safe and effective,not only alleviate the pains,but also decrease the recurrence.For the spleen-kidney deficiency constipation,Gu Ben Run Chang Gao has the palpably advantages.
