Clinical Observation On Effect Of Danzhixiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Hyperthyroidism

Objective:To observe the spleen Decoction on Chua' s cathartic colon tissue in mice with spleen deficiency constipation model of interstitial cells of Cajal and colonic myenteric plexus of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and substance P(SP)expression,to explore its therapeutic targets for clinical application and mechanism of CAI's Jianpi Decoction to provide experimental basis for a strong,long-term curative effect in clinical cases and combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,highlighting the advantages of constipation.Methods:Animal experiment:the 105 Kunming mice,male and female,weight(20 +2)g before the start of the model,15 rats were randomly selected as normal group,more than 90 only by Fanxieye + limit molding compound factors water+ diet control,a total of 15 days to establish animal model of spleen deficiency constipation mice.To build the successful model mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:model group,high dose group,middle dose group,low dose group,lactulose group,Maren group,given the corresponding drugs by gavage,once a day for 14 consecutive days.Observe the general signs and behavior during the experiment of mice characteristics,serum D-xylose content after the last drug was determined by ELISA mice to evaluate the absorption function of small intestine in mice,and the average optical density(opacity,density,OD)value analysis method was used to observe the expression of cajial in mice colon interstitial cells of C-kit protein,neurotransmitter VIP and SP.Results:(1)compared with the normal group,model group,C-kit mice colon tissue SP,VIP expression levels were significantly decreased(P<0.05);(2)compared with the model group,the treatment group of C-kit and SP in colon tissue of mice and the expression level of VIP in varying degrees of recovery,the difference is significant(P<0.05);(3)compared with lactulose group,high dose group,middle dose group,the expression level of C-kit increased significantly(P<0.05),high dose group,the expression level of SP increased significantly(P<0.05).(4)compared with Maren group,high dose group C-kit,SP,VIP expression level increased significantly(P<0.05).The clinical observation of 60 cases:January 1,2016-2016 year in July 30th in Zhanjiang City,the first hospital of traditional Chinese medicine out-patient and hospitalization of patients diagnosed with spleen deficiency type of functional constipation patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 groups,two patients in age,gender,course of disease through statistical treatment showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The treatment group was given Jianpi Chua Tongbian decoction,the control group taking lactulose.The symptom scores of two groups of patients with chronic constipation were recorded at the end of the fourth week,the eighth week and the twelfth week after the withdrawal.Results:(1)compared with beforetreatment,4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks,two groups of patients with symptom scores were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05);(2)before and after 4 weeks treatment,two groups of patients with symptom scores were no differences(P>0.05),8 weeks after treatment in two groups of patients with symptoms integral comparison difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the difference between the 12 week of two groups of patients with symptom scores significantly after treatment(P<0.05);(3)the treatment group after treatment for 4 weeks,8 weeks,12 weeks of symptom score group had nosignificant difference between each other(P>0.05),while the control group after treatment 4 and 8 weeks and 12 weeks of symptoms in group difference significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of slow transit constipation is associated with decreased expression of C-kit,SP and VIP in colonic tissues.The function and intestinal transmission function of absorption Chua Tongbian decoction can obviously improve the spleen and spleen deficiency constipation mice intestine,enhance the ability of defecation in mice,its mechanism may be through enhancedexpression in colon neuro transmit ter SP and VIP promote intestinal propulsive contraction;expression of C-kit,improve the quantity and distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal to improve colonic peristalsis,thus treating spleen deficiency constipation effect.In clinic,the spleen decoction has a laxative Chua' s cure effect on spleen deficiency and constipation can significantly improve defecation in patients and the accompanying symptoms and lasting effect is stable,low recurrence rate.
