ObjectiveEstablish classing and quantizing diagnostic criteria on gastric cancer patients' blood stasis syndrome.MethodsThis research observed patients who are diagnosed with gastric cancer. Divided these cases into two groups:Group A( proeessing group) and Group B(check group).First division as computing group is used to establish quantitative diagnosis standard, group B for test group,used for quantitative diagnostic criteria of the prospective inspection.Blood stasis of syndrome diagnosis standards will involve the symptoms of gastric cancer clinical syndrome, based on principles of practicability and is convenient for operation diagnosis of the entry into, and the development of epidemiological questionnaire. Screen out only appeared once symptoms of the project.All the indexes above were set as analytic data for formulate the quantify criterion. We select factors related to intermediate and advanced stage gastric cancer patient' s blood stasis syndrome by statistics comparison method, established factors score table by conditional probability reforming method; established luminal value of quantify criterion by maximum likelihood discrimination method:carry out retrospective and abstract prospective study by clinical epidemiology diagnostic test method: established degree-classify criterion by cluster analysis method. Statistics apply SPSSResultsFinal diagnosis of gastric cancer blood stasis syndrome quantitative standard observation items identified as :fixed pain place,tongue dark purple,skin petechia and ecchymosis, hemorrhage,surgical or traumatic history,numbness in limbs,pulse string Shibuya. After statistical analysis, we make the specific content of blood stasis syndrome quantitative diagnostic criteria: fixed pain place(14),tongue dark purple(4),skin petechia and ecchymosis(17),hemorrhage(7), surgical or traumatic history(17),numbness in limbs(17),pulse string Shibuya(7).ConclusionThrough the above research, we ultimately determine the middle-late quantitative diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome classification: fixed pain place(14 points),tongue dark purple(4 points),skin petechia and ecchymosis(17 points),hemorrhage(7 points),surgical or traumatic history(17points),numbness in limbs(17points),pulse string Shibuya( 7points),tongue diagnosis threshold for 28 points, and it can be divided into light( 28 points- 32 points), medium( 33 points- 42 points),weight( 42 points) level.
