The study of blood stasis syndrome has made great achievement in the field of the integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. It concludes the application of pathophysiology, pathological anatomy, immunology and other modem scientiiic technique. Molecular biology has been used widely in the field of medicine, but the study of blood stasis concerned with the gene and genie expression is fewer. Malignant tumor is characterized of the lump in the clinic. In traditional Chinese medicine, the lump is closely related to the blood stasis. The pathological mechanism is blood stasis due to qi stagnation. Gastric carcinoma is one of the most common tumors in the clinic. To research the relationship between the different stages of tumor and the expression of related gene, we study the gastric carcinoma According to current pmveibial views, the generation of gastric carcinoma is classified with chronic gasUitis (abbreviate: CG), intestinal metaplasia(abbreviate: IM), gastnc dysplastic epithelia (abbreviate: ODE) and gastric carcinoma(abbreviate: 6€). We adopted the SYDNEY category system of international routine of the gastropathy to study die relationship between the blood stasis syndrome of different stages of gastric carcinoma and the degree and number of expression of oneogene and oncocyte. The aim is to provide the diagnosis proofs of the blood stasis syndrome of gastnc carcinoma in the molecular level. Recent research shows that it is many factors leading to the generation of gastric carcinoma. The blood stasis syndrome of gastric carcinoma is summary manifestation of many factors caused. What more, study of oncogene is the hot spot of the study of tumor, so - try to study the relationship between the blood 6 ~*ZMiU4U*~U U~3*~ stasis of different stages of gastric carcinoma and the expression of related genes. This article focuses on experimental research. The clinical experimental research includes four parts as follows: I .The positive grade of Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen Cyclin (abbreviation: PC NA) S-P half-quantitive immunohistochemical study denoted that the distribution of the positive cells is at the first grade both blood stasis syndrome (abbreviation: BSS) and non-blood stasis syndrome(abbreviation: NBSS) of CO (positive cell <25%), there was no obvious difference between them. The distribution of positive cell in EM is at the first or second grade, also no difference between BBS and NBBS. The distribution of positive cell in ODE is at the first or second grade, but there was significant difference between BBS and NBBS (P
