Chaishao Decoction Three Clinical Curative Effect Of The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis With Liver Stomach Disharmony Observation

Objective: To observe Chaishao Decoction Treatment of three esophagitis liver stomach disharmony syndrome clinical curative effect and safety of patients with reflux.Method: Selected January February 2015 to 2016 Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital Department of gastroenterology clinic recruited, with reflux esophagitis liver stomach disharmony of diagnostic criteria of 60 patients, divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases), the treatment group received three Chaishao decoction, the control group was given rabeprazole joint mosapride. The course of treatment in the two groups were 8 weeks. After the end of treatment efficacy of disease, TCM syndrome total score changes and endoscopic esophageal mucosal classification score and adverse reaction of comparative statistical analysis.Results:(1) three groups of clinical curative effect of Chaishao Decoction total efficiency of 90%; ray Bella plus mosapride group total effectiveness 76.67%, two groups of the total efficiency of the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).(2) TCM syndrome total score changes, the two groups before and after the treatment had a significant difference(p<0.05), with statistical significance after treatment compared with Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(P<0.05). The difference in improving the main symptoms of heartburn, acid reflux, compared with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine group, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05), in improving the main symptoms of substernal pain, there was significant difference between two groups(p<0.05). The curative effect is superior to the western medicine group in improving the TCM group; secondary symptoms like sigh, the two groups were not statistically significant(p>0.05),anorexia in improving secondary symptoms belching, hiccups, abdominal distension or pain, there was significant difference between two groups(p<0.05), Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group.(3) endoscopic esophageal mucosal classification score compared traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group after treatment, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.01).(4) observation of adverse reactions, during the treatment, the Chinese medicine group does not appear obvious adverse reactions and side effects, the western medicine group appear nausea in 2 cases, not treated, disappear naturally.Conclusion: Chaishao Decoction in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with liver stomach disharmony syndrome patients certainly, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, improve the endoscopic esophageal mucosal lesions, and safety of good without side effects, it is worth clinical promotion.
