| Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,anxiety and depression,and mucosal repair under gastroscope of Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and mosapride citrate pastilles in the transaction of hepatogastric discord reflux esophagitis,and to collate the virtue of rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and mosapride citrate pastilles in the transaction of hepatogastric discord reflux esophagitis,and analyze and summarize the observation results,To evaluate the clinical curative and safety of Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets and mosapride citrate pastilles in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with disharmony between liver and stomach.Methods:from December 2021 to December 2022,70 people who are reflux esophagitis patients(discord between liver and stomach)were selected from the outpatient department of Spleen,Stomach and Hepatology Department of Cangzhou Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hebei Province.Divide the 70 enrolled patients into an experimental group and a control group using a random number table method.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate and Rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets.On the basis of the control group,the test group was added with Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction.Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction can be increased or declined.The course of cure for both communities of patients was 4 weeks.The TCM symptoms,anxiety and depression scale and the score under gastroscope were observed and recorded in Excel before and after treatment.SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the data to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Results:1 Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of the patient’s age,gender,course of disease,TCM symptom score,anxiety and depression score,gastroscope score and other curative effect observation indicators(P>0.05),which was comparable.In this study,the proportion of men(58%)is higher than that of women(42%).2 TCM symptom score:After taking medicine regularly for 4 weeks,all TCM symptom scores of patients in the experimental group decreased(P<0.05);In the control group,the scores of symptoms such as acid regurgitation,heartburn,epigastric fullness or pain,belching,anorexia and epigastric noise all decreased(P<0.05),but the effect of the control group in improving the symptoms of depression and sighing was not good(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups,the experimental group has a better effect on improving the symptoms of acid regurgitation,belching,depression,anorexia,sighing and noisy stomach(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of heartburn,hypochondriac fullness or pain(P>0.05).After treatment,the total score of TCM symptoms in the two groups decreased,and the clinical symptoms of reflux esophagitis were improved in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the curative effect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3 TCM syndrome effect:After 4 weeks of regular medication,the total effective rate of the test group was 92.86%,of which 6 cases were completely healed,10 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective;The total effective rate of the control group was 74.19%,of which 1 case was cured,1 case was markedly competent,21 cases were competent and 8 cases were invalid.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4 Anxiety and depression score:The experimental group has a significant effect in improving patients’ anxiety and depression(P<0.05),while the scores of anxiety and depression in the control group have no significant change before and after treatment(P>0.05).5 Gastroscopic mucosal score:After treatment,the scores of patients in the two groups under gastroscopy decreased(P<0.05),and the scores in the experimental group were obviously lower,and the curative effect was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).6 Effect under gastroscope: after 4 weeks of regular medication,the esophageal mucosa in the test group was cured in 8 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 9 cases and ineffective in 3 cases,with a total effective rate of 89.29%;In the control group,2 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 74.19%,The curative effect of the experimental group in repairing esophageal mucosa was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).7 There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:1 The results showed that Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets and mosapride citrate tablets were effective in improving the clinical symptoms,regulating emotions,and accelerating esophageal mucosal repair in patients with hepatogastric discord reflux esophagitis.2 In this study,there were no adverse reactions in Shugan Hewei Yifan Decoction combined with rabeprazole sodium enteric coated tablets and mosapride citrate tablets,and the safety was acceptable,which deserves further investigation and promotion. |
