Clinical Study Of Shugan Yiwei Decoction In Treating Reflux Esophagitis(Liver-stomach Disharmony)

Objective:Through the collection and statistics of the clinical data of Shugan Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach disharmony,we observed the TCM symptoms and gastroscopic manifestations of Shugan Yiwei Decoction in those patients and analyzed the reasons.Methods:We collected the clinical cases of reflux esophagitis from December 2019 to December 2020 and randomly divided them into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Shugan Yiwei Decoction and pantoprazole,while the control group was treated with Weisu granule and pantoprazole.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement and efficacy of TCM symptoms and esophageal mucosa under gastroscope were observed.Results:The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group changed before and after treatment(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the control group changed before and after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group.There was a difference between the two groups(P<0.05).According to the observation of esophageal mucosa under gastroscope,in the treatment group,16 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective.In the control group,9 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective and 7 cases were ineffective.There was a difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Shugan Yiwei Decoction has a good curative effect on patients with reflux esophagitis of liver-stomach disharmony.It can improve the life quality of patients,and significantly improve the esophageal mucosa under gastroscope.And there are no adverse reactions.It is worthy of further study and promotion.
