The Observation Of Liu’s Infantile Massage Therapy’s Clinical Effects On Allergic Rhinitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Liu’s infantile massage therapy and loratadine to provide effective guidance on allergic rhinitis.Methods:Divide 60 children who suffer from allergic rhinitis into 2 groups. One group will be treated by Liu’s infantile massage therapy and the other group will be treated by loratadine. There will be 4 courses of treatment and every course includes 5 days. Each group will be judged and graded by using International Nuclear Event Scale and signs table of children allergic rhinitis.Results: 1. Symptom scores of each group declined obviously after treatmens. There is statistical learning significance(P<0.05) in learning the differences which prove that each treatment has its own curative effects in improving children rhinobyon, rhinocnesmus, sneeze and snot. The comparation between infantile massage group and loratadine group show that the infantile massage group has a better effect on improve main symptoms of allergic rhinitis. 2. Children of each group have a declination of the inferior turbinate enlargement after treatments. There is statistical learning significance(P<0.05) in illustrating both treatments have some effects in declining the inferior turbinate enlargement. But it is obvious that the infantile massage group has a better effect on that, which proves that the clinical effects of Liu infantile massage therapy is more obvious than loratadine. 3. After 4 courses of treatments, the differences between two groups show that there is statistical learning significance(P<0.05) to prompt that the clinical effects of Liu infantile massage therapy is more obvious than loratadine. 4. According to the survey of two groups of children, the differences between them show that there is statistical learning significance(P<0.01) to improve that Liu infantile massage therapy has a lasting curative effect and a low recurrence rate.Conclusions: Liu infantile massage therapy can help to reduce the symptom scores of children allergic rhinitis and decline the level of the inferior turbinate enlargement. It has a remarkable effect and no side-effect and a low recurrence rate and a ideal long-term curative effects and fit needs of parents to keep their kids healthy. Its clinical value worth to be popularized.
